The Prince of Hel had been missing barely a few days before the creatures of his kingdom fell into chaos, running rampant without the Princes control to fence in their madness. It was a mystery as to why the imposing ruler of the dark dominion had disappeared, but whatever the cause, the fiends of Hel were slowly beginning to seep into Midgard, terrorizing the world belonging to the humans. The Prince was the only being in the nine realms that could bring his minions back under control. Earths only hope was now in The Avengers, who had risen to accept the threat gracefully. The battle had been tricky so far. They knew they had to locate the dark Prince as soon as possible before the fights became too tough for them to handle.

The sun gleamed on the silver hair of the 17 year old teen on his way to school. His ocean blue eyes scanned the crowded sidewalk as he walked. It was an average, boring morning for Ten. He still pondered the strangeness of his name from time to time. Itd been an obscurity to him ever since he was little. At least his height was normal. His name was strange enough, but after having such an odd eye color and hair color combination, he was happy to be a regular 5ft 7. Ten sighed, moving his head to look at the sky when a strange shape caught the corner of his eye. He looked over, staring with a bewildered expression at a dog. No it wasn't just any dog This dog had chunks of its body missing. Ten blinked a couple times, shaking his head slightly to see if it was an illusion. The animal had disappeared. I must be going crazy he muttered to himself. Hed just begun to continue his walk when a deafening crash stopped him in his tracks. Screams began emitting from the citizens further up the sidewalk as an ominous howling echoed all around, mixing with a manic laughter. Ten felt adrenaline rising in his veins. The laughter sounded incredibly animalistic. He could only compare it to a hyena. As the people ahead spread out from their running, Ten caught sight of 5 dark creatures charging for him, intense hunger gleaming in their menacing eyes. He turned in attempt to run, yelping in surprise when the animals surrounded him. Their fierce growling pounded in his ears. Ten felt shock coursing through him as he recognized the dog missing parts of its body from before the pandemonium began. All of the creatures surrounding him were dogs who looked like rotting corpses.

Ten gulped as he tried to think of a way to escape. His heart pounded in his chest as he studied the dogs, calculating his chances, realizing flight from the animals was impossible. Seeing one of them move, Ten steeled himself for the attack. He gave a cry of pain as the dog sank its teeth into his shoulder, knocking him to the ground. He gasped as he felt the wind being knocked out of him, yelling as the dog shook its head in attempt to rip his skin. Ten tried desperately to push the beast off of him, bashing its head with his fist, and pushing under its neck with his arm. Three others began ripping at his clothes. He kicked frantically, striving to get the rest of them off. In the back of his mind, he perceived that the fifth dog, the one he first saw, wasnt moving to attack like the rest of them. It was staring at him with familiarity in its large red eyes. At Tens next whimper, the fifth dog leaped. He braced himself for another attack, only to find that the dog biting his shoulder was rammed off of him. He looked around in confusion as the fifth dog growled wildly, chasing off the rest of the pack. He stared after them with wide eyes as they ran down the street, away from where he lay. Ten groaned as he sat up, grabbing his shoulder. He looked at his arm, seeing blood running down the entire length. So one of the monsters had saved him? Hey kid are you alright? Ten turned to the new voice, revelation running over him as he saw the Avengers moving towards his position.
