14AmyChan: okay, so this kinda happened to me yesterday, but I couldn't help but write it out cause now that I look back on it, it's kinda funny! XD

Isabella: and she chose me as the victim… -.-

14AmyChan: yup~! So, I don't own anything Phineas and Ferb related, so have fun~! *^_^*

I just had to have a craving for cake… Why today? Today we were going to work on another patch! He said it was going to be a surprise for me, but now I can't.

Let me start at the beginning. I'm Isabella Garcia Shapiro, leader of Fireside troop 46321, an avid patch earner, and—today—feeling like absolute crap.

Sorry, getting sidetracked again. Point is: I'm stuck here in bed while my best friends are probably working on their next big idea. Even though I don't hear the construction yet. I'm sure it'll come eventually. Here, I'll tell you how I got in this predicament.

"Isa!" my mother called from down the stairs. I had just finished my morning battle with my hair, and was ready to take on the world and a new patch. I knew mom was about to leave, so I made my way over to her—passing the week old cake, covered for preservation by cellophane—with a smile on my face.

"Yes, mama?" I asked, almost sure it was going to be about some activity that she was doing with Mrs. Flynn-Fletcher and Mrs. Johnson, her band. I remembered her saying something about it and it turns out I had been right.

"I'm going to be playing at the googolplex mall with Linda and Mrs. Johnson, but there are some pancakes in the refrigerator, all right?" mom talked at a breakneck pace, but I managed to catch every word. I smiled, nodded, gave her a hug, and waved bye as she left the house. When she was out of sight, I closed the door and headed to the fridge, but something stopped me.

I looked at that cake, wrapped in cellophane. It looked so good! And mom had said that she wanted the cake gone just last night. So I did what any kid would do.

I opened the cellophane, cut myself a small slice, rewrapped the cake, and began to eat. It was just a small slice, I promise! Fireside promise! It tasted a little stale, but I thought that was from being out for a week. We usually leave cakes out for two weeks and they're just fine. We don't usually wrap them, but I think someone else was cleaning up that day.

After I was done, I washed my plate and got ready for the day. That little slice of…cake had… really… And then I started to feel something in the back of my throat. It felt like it was burning. No joke, I'd breathe and I'd feel like I was a dragon of some sort. I grabbed some water in an attempt to quench the horrible feeling, yet it did little to help.

I went back to the cake and inspected it closely. It was the only thing I'd eaten all morning. And that's when I saw it. Little green specks scattered throughout the cake. Almost invisible, but definitely there. It was then that it hit me.

Yeah, I ate mold. That's one of the patches I didn't want to earn, thanks. After all of that, I tossed the cake out, brushed my teeth, and now I'm waiting for the sickness to pass. I didn't eat too much to make me seriously ill, but it's still not good.

So now you know why I'm here, maybe you should check the cake in the kitchen. Make sure it doesn't have any of those little green dots, okay?

14AmyChan: that's right! Beware!

Isabella: That's disgusting!

14AmyChan: but you got to earn a patch, didn't you?

Isabella: there is no Eating Mold patch!

14AmyChan: ooops… well… ^^; gotta run!

Isabella: *chases 14AmyChan around*
