Hello again everyone! I know I still haven't finished my older fics, but this one struck me almost to death out of nowhere! I just had to write it down. I have some ideas as to what's going to happen… Can you guess? ;3
"Come on Kurama, how long do you really think It's going to last?" Hiei asked, peeved at Kurama's recent lack of interest in him. He wasn't about to admit that, of course.
"Botan and I share a deep relationship, Hiei. I believe it will last as long as we both want it to." Kurama stated placidly.
"Then have you fucked her yet?" Hiei asked bluntly. Kurama turned from his book and uncrossed his legs, moving swiftly to his feet. He finally understood, and grinned as he leant down over the fire demon laid on his bed. With their lips inches apart, and Kurama's eyes staring into his own, Hiei swallowed hard.
"Are you jealous?" Kurama asked, voice deliberately husky. Hiei felt something stir, and quickly shoved Kurama away. Kurama gracefully retreated back to his desk chair as Hiei scrambled to his feet, fighting the blush on his cheeks.
"Of course not, you stupid fox!" Hiei shouted. Kurama considered telling him to keep it down, but Shiori was used to his occasional outbursts by now. He often popped by, and she had stopped bothering to ask how Kurama had snuck him past the living room without her seeing.
"Hiei, I'll take this moment to remind you that you were the one who broke it off with me before." Kurama said, no longer smiling but staring seriously at Hiei, who looked away.
"Well whatever. I don't care anyway." Hiei huffed. Kurama couldn't help chuckling.
"Alright then, let me say it a different way." Kurama said coolly. Hiei turned, ready to shout him down, but Kurama cut across him before he got the chance. "If you want me to stop dating Botan, then give me a good reason to." Hiei's shouts died before they crossed his lips. He resolutely turned, slid open the window, and leapt out into the dark. Kurama sighed in his wake.
And that was how their current predicament had started.
And that was how I wasted more time that I should have spent doing other things o_o
