Hi! Yay! 10th fanfic biatch! lol. A while ago in Math class I was drawing Yoh as a girl on the table and then I drew Ren as a girl and named her Reru! Hehe! If you wanna know why watch that SK episode where Ren gets tipped over by Horohoro on Youtube (not the dub)

Chapter 1

It was a ritual they had.

Seven till eight, dinner.

Eight till nine, whatever the hell they wanted to do.

Nine till eleven, reading in the Tao family's vast library.

Ren and Jun had, over the years, shifted closer and closer together until their relationship felt almost non-platonic. They did everything together, and if Jun did something stupid, it was up to Ren to get her out of it. Though he rarely needed to, because she hardly ever did anything stupid.

On one particularly cold night in December, as the snow pelted the house like it had done the weather a great personal wrong, they sat in silence on opposite sides of the room, reading. Ren, struggling his way through an extremely boring book about German politicians, sat up suddenly, noticing a movement outside. He stood up and shut the book with a snap.

Jun looked up at the noise and saw her younger brother standing on tiptoes, looking out of the nearest window.

"Neii-san, there's somebody out there," he said, jumping for a better view.

"In this weather? Get outta here..."

"I'm telling you, there's someone out there!" he said through gritted teeth. A blurry figure was, indeed, making its way up the hill. "And they're coming this way!" he added dramatically, running towards the door and gracefully tripping over a shoe.

"Who put that there?" he yelled, rubbing his foot, despite the fact is was his shoe and had fallen off a while earlier. He froze in his tracks.

A loud knock echoed down the corridor. Ren crept towards the door and flung it open, then gasped. For a moment it appeared he was staring at a female version of himself. There was a girl standing there, wearing a long black coat. She had a yellow scarf the exact shade of her eyes wound round her neck and her hair, tied into plaits, was purple like his.

"Ren?" she said, smiling broadly. "It's been a long time."
