The haunted mansion of Secrets
The large cauldron of black gooey liquid started to boil I was now screaming. I bet you are all wondering why I am screaming. My name is Emily and we'll it all started out when I moved here about a week ago. It felt like this town was weird no one smiles or laughs they barley do anything. Now going to high school stinks no one talks except 3 kids they all just moved here. Their names are Carter, Alex, and Justin. There all pretty cool for people I've only known for a week. Carter is kind of the bad boy out of the 3 let's just say he has been to jail a couple time. Alex is Carter's twin sister she is a good detective. Justin he is scared of everything we all think it is because he didn't have any friend s before. We'll yearly today we all felt like someone was fallowing us. Every time we looked behind us someone would be there staring. We finally decided to run into the old abandon mansion on Main Street. When we walked in the door it slammed behind us. We all screamed and split up and ran different ways when I finally had stopped running and was now walking I had ran into something and fell. It was a tall man dressed in black who was saying "sacrifice, sacrifice, sacrifice." I started running again as I turned the corner I ran into Alex. She was wondering why I was running we had compared notes for about 3 minutes. She told me the reason she was running was because she was being chased by a tall woman dressed in black. The tall woman dressed in black was saying sacrifice the same word the man was saying. We felt a cold gust of wind followed by the words "sacrifice, sacrifice, sacrifice." We then started running again in hope of finding Carter and Justin. "I think we lost them," Alex said to me. Right then the lights went out I was holding Alex's hand to make sure neither of us were taken. When the lights turned back on there was a statue instead of Alex by me. I was going to scream but someone came behind me and hit me with something.
That is how I got into this situation hanging above a hot cauldron of black liquid. The tall black man and women weren't in the room. I heard footsteps and luckily I know how to pick a lock in under a minute. I somehow got untangled from the chains without falling into the cauldron. I hid behind the tall black curtains and watched closely at the door. The door opened slowly and I saw Carter. I've never been so happy to see him in my life. I hugged him so hard I swear he couldn't breathe. He told me that he and Alex found Justin huddled in a corner. After they had found Justin they found a control room. There were the tall black man and woman in the room. They found out that we were just in a haunted house. I fell down laughing it was like I couldn't stop. That is my story on how i got trapped in a mansion of secrets.
