...And when the warriors were defeated and all hope was shattered, one hero rose from the ashes. He was 16, not a boy anymore but not quite a man. He ran up to the AI and fought it, bare fisted, as Jeremie, Aelita, and the rest of the warriors watched in pure shock and disbelief.
The fight was long and hard but in the end the Phoenix warrior won by punching fire into Xana's one weak spot, it's heart. With it's last breath, Xana asked. "What is your name, Phoenix warrior?"
"My name," replied the hero.
"Is Chad."
Why Phoenix, because Phoenixes are cool
