"Happy International Day of Femslash!"

"That time of year already?" Faith smirked as she placed a kiss on Buffy's lips. "So B, what'd ya get me?"

"This!" Buffy giggled, pulling a package from behind her back that was wrapped in rainbow colored paper. "Go on, open it!"

"Aw really B? That's wrapping's so pretty." Faith laughed at the look on Buffy's face. "Damn B; I was just kiddin. Don't take things so literal" She gently shook the box.

"Hey, I worked hard to get you that present. So stop playing with it and open it already."

"Okay, okay. Geez." Faith stuck a fingernail underneath the wrapping, slicing it open to reveal a tiny gift box. She took the lid off, lifting out a pendant on a black leather cord. "A cross." She flipped it over, smirking. "A rainbow cross. Kinda gay don't cha think?"

Buffy smacked her on the arm. "That's the point silly. Here, let me put it on you." She leaned over Faith, gently clasping the necklace around the slayer's neck. She pulled back, smiling. "There. All ready for slayage."

Faith fingered the necklace, a rare smile on her face. "Thanks B." She looked down at the cross. "One question though."

"Oh yeah? What's that?"

"Does it work?"

Buffy grinned. "There's one way to find out."

"So, where we headed exactly?" Faith pushed a few branches aside as they walked among the tombstones. "Aren't we supposed to be testing the necklace?"

"Oh, we're testing it alright. On a certain vampire." Buffy stopped, motioning toward a crypt that was nestled among the tress.

Faith followed where Buffy was looking, a sadistic smile spreading across her face. "Ohhhh….I see." She unclasped the necklace, holding it in her hand and twirling it around like a weapon. "Damn, I've been wanting to do this for a long time. Be back in a sec B." She walked toward the crypt, still twirling the necklace in her hand as she knocked on the door.

A few seconds later, the door was flung open. "What? I'm trying to watch bloody Passions in he—AHHH!" Spike screamed, reeling backwards as a white hot iron was pressed against his chest, burning through his shirt. "BLOODY HELL!"

"Hey B, the necklace works!" Faith called over her shoulder, turning back and catching Spike by the throat in an instant. She snarled at him. "Ya know, normally I would deck your ass, but I got a date with my woman, so luckily…" she flung him across the room, causing him to crash into the wall. "You get a reprieve."

Buffy walked up behind her, grinning. "That should hold him for a bit."

"Not to long though."

"Yeah." She gave Spike a swift kick to the groan before turning on her heel. "Pizza, my place?"

"Sounds great B. Then I can give you your present."

"Oh yeah?"

Faith smirked. "Oh yeah B; you'll love it."

"What is it?"

"A rainbow colored thong."

Buffy started. "Um…I'm not to much for the thong. Little…um…coverage."

Faith grinned evilly. "Ya sure B? I'll make it worth your while."

"Alright, I'm game."

"Awesome."

Spike got up from the floor, rubbing his aching head as he glanced at the calendar on the wall. "Bloody hell." He staggered back to the chair he had been sitting in. "Bugger. I hate International Femslash Day."
