Lion-o gets sick with a really bad cold and Liosia watches him while the others go to a nearby town for the remedy and some tea and other supplies. What could happen?
Lion-o was busy practicing by the stream and waterfall that the Thundercat were going to spend the night at. Lion-o was under a lot of stress so he was working hard. "Lion-o don't get to stressed out," Pumrya called.
"Okay," Lion-o said and slashed at the water fall. He got all wet.
"That should cool him off." Tygra said with a laugh.
"Yep I'm cooled off now." Lion-o said laughing.
Liosia saw he was all wet. "Lion-o dry off you might catch cold, the flu or something else if you are all stressed and chilly to boot!" she said tossing him a towel.
Lion-o caught it. "Okay," Lion-o said. Then he sneezed.
The next morning.
Everyone sat down to breakfast.
"Lion-o sure is taking his time." Wilykit said.
"He was up almost till the sun came up." Cheetara said.
"Wilykit and Wilykat will you wake him up please?" Liosia asked.
"Sure," they said.
Lion-o walked out of the Thundertank. "Morning Lion-o," Pumrya said.
Liosia came up. "Lion-o breakfast is ready." she said.
"It's ready?" Lion-o asked. He walked up to Liosia and his head fell on her shoulder.
"Lino-o?" she said.
"I, I ho." Lion-o said and collapsed.
Everyone shrieked.
Liosia felt his forehead. "Guys Lion-o's sick he's got a fever." Liosia said.
"He needs to get back to bed." Pumrya said.
Everyone agreed to that. Now Lion-o was laying in bed. Liosia placed a washcloth on his for head. "He must have a high fever the rag gets warm really fast." Liosia said.
"He must of caught a bad cold." Tygra said.
Pumrya took a look having medical training and all.
"Looks like he did catch a bad cold." Pumrya said.
Lion-o opened his eyes and saw Liosia and his friends. Lion-o started to cough. Pumrya gave him a cup of water. Lion-o drank some of it. "What's going on?" Lion-o asked then sneezed.
"You have a cold." Tygra said.
"Of all the times to get sick." Lion-o said.
"Don't worry Lion-o in couple of days you should be fine." Pumrya said.
Lion-o just muttered okay and went back to sleep.
"There is a nearby town they might have a medicine shop where we can get medicine for Lion-o's cold." Tygra said.
"Yes and most likely an herb store where I can buy the things I need to make an herbal tea for Lion-o." Pumrya said.
"You guys go I'll stay here and look after Lion-o." Liosia said.
"Okay then, make sure he rests and drinks plenty of fluids." Pumrya said.
"Okay Pumrya," Liosia said.
The others left Liosia and snarf with Lion-o. Snarf curled up next Lion-o to keep him company.
Liosia dipped the washcloth in the cold water and placed it on Lion-o's head. Then she gave him a drink of water.
After wiping his face and placing the rag on his forehead she felt his face. "He's looks a lot better now Snarf." Liosia said.
Snarf meowed and smiled.
Soon the others came back. "Lion-o looks a lot better great job Liosia." Pumrya said.
Lion-o took the medicine Pumrya made for his cold.
The next day Lion-o felt a lot better.
He was even out of bed.
"Lion-o make sure you don't overdo it." Pumrya said.
"Okay," Lion-o said. He turned to Liosia. "Thanks for taking care of me." He said.
"You're welcome." Liosia said.
