Raven
One-shot
A black she-cat with dead gaze and blood-stained claws padded over to a booth to where a huge tom-cat was currently sitting at, alone. "I see that your girlfriend ditched you." Raven hissed as the tom-cat turned towards her, and looked at her with blood red eyes.
"I'll get another she-cat." He growled. The growl was like a rumble at the waitress placed a mug of foaming beer onto Fidel's table.
Spinning around, she called over her black shoulder "Look before your nose, and not behind it!" before running out of Smelly's Bar.
Fidel growled as he watched Raven run away, not noticing the tears that streaked down her black face. As he was left alone again, he took another swing of beer as he pondered to what Raven had said to him. /Look beyond my nose, / he thought. /Raven what are you trying to tell me? That I had something and lost it? / And than it dawned on him.
Running after the black she-cat, he roared around, "I know what you mean Raven, come back!" rat snickered as he past a sewage system. Whirling towards the rat, you roared at it, "What are you laughing at!?"
"She's never going to come back." The brown rat snickered again before ducking out of sight, and away from Fidel's killing paw and claws.
Thundering around he continued his search for Raven franticly. Going to the junkyard, he spotted Bull and his gang, and ….. There lays a black shape. Raven! Roaring, the huge tom hurled himself at the pack, fighting for his and Raven's lives.
Clawing Bull full in the face, he spat at another dog. Slicing the belly of a fierce lab, it fell with a howl as Fidel continued to roar. Sinking his big fangs into Bull's deputy, it ran screeching away. Only Bull and a pug were left to fight. Kicking the pug in the face, he let out a furious screech. Instantly slaying the pug, he went for Bull.
Sinking his long fangs into his neck, Fidel's claws sliced again and again at Bull's belly. Blood flowed all around, as Bull layed dead on the blood soaked ground. Crouching off Raven he whispered softly, "Raven?"
And the black shape stirred slightly as yellow eyes opened and looked at her love, Fidel. "Fidel?" she whispered back as her gaze tried to focus on her love's shape.
"It is me, and I've come to say…. That, I-I-I l-l-love y-you." he stammered at the end.
/He said that he loved me! / Raven thought as she mewed, "And I love you too."
/She said that she loves me too! / He thought as they both went back to Smelly's Bar.
I love you.
And I love you too.
