Devil looked around and sighed.She was stand on the docks and was staring
at the water.She began to sing softly.

She then noticed a short boy walk up behind her.She got up quickly and looked at the guy.He was short,grey eyes,brown hair and he wore a white shirt and some short pants.He held a gold tipped black cane hocked into his suspenders and held a key around his neck.She looked at him calmly.She looked at her blue tube top and long navy blue over shirt.She had jean shorts and long red hair in two braids to her hips.She rubbed the shaved strip across the middle of her head.
The boy looked her up and down and grin.he swagged up to her.
"Hi doll."
Devil slapped him straight across the face and ran.She kept on running for about 5 minutes then stopped in fornt of a old building that siad "Manhattan New boy Lodge."Devil raised an eyebrow and slowly climbed the fire escape to the top of the building and looked around.She moved some bottles and lay down then got up and sat on the edge of the roof,swinging her legs over the edge.

Jack had just gotten back from a poker game and decided to go up to the roof to have a little clean air and thought.He walked up the stair after chatting with Racie and notice the hunched figure of a girl looking down at the street.Jack walked up behind her and said.
" 'Ello."
The girl started and feel off the roof.Luckily Jack caught her by her foot and hauled her up.She stood up and looked at him calmly.She blinked once her eyelids coated with a light silver sheen.Her eyes opened again and she looked at him with green eyes avid with curiousity.
"Who are ya?And would ya stop starin a' mes like Is was da livin deads?"
"Me names Jack Kelly.I never seen someone likes u."
"Likes me?Tanks."
