"As the savior for Crimea,

Is there anything you want to change?"

I say nothing,

But I don't speak what's screaming inside

Trying in vain to be heard

Everything.

I want to change everything.

I saw Ena cry at losing her one grandfather,

Nasir sacrificed his life to save her.

I saw what twisted games Daein was doing to laguz,

Those poor creatures that were once nice.

I saw the deception from King Kilvas,

And the horrible lies he told Prince Reyson.

I felt the emptiness of the Serenes Forest,

Seeing it's burned, dead land

I've seen the corpses of the Crimean Imperial Guard

Beside the corpses of the Crimean Royal Family

But... What I want to change the most…

Is the death of Father, watching him die,

Against the Black Night's blade.

I wish none of it had happened,

I wish the war never started.

The heron's should still be alive.

The laguz should have never been enslaved.

None of it should have happened.

But who am I, just a Mercenary,

To change the past?
