Valley Dive

Feeling the wind in his golden hair as he entered Gerudo Valley, Link felt so refreshed. The cool breeze of the waters was calming, and the air was clean. Mid-afternoon brought on bright rays of sun, the waters of the river sparkling. The red-rock mountains provided a secure feeling like no other, and gave one an accomplished sense somehow.
Jogging up the trail to the bridge, he stared at the calm flow of the river. The waterfall crashed down upon the rocks as the Gerudo people talked and went about their routines.
Suddenly, Link felt the urge to dive down into the river; which was deeper than most. There was a sign nearby that advised against it, but Link was rather bold. Sprinting to the right side of the bridge, he leaped off the tall cliff.
Adrenaline kicking in as the wind engulfed him, he plummeted down ever so rapidly until plunging deep into the river. Now arriving at the surface, he inhaled deeply and allowed the water to take him to the gorgeous and vast Lake Hylia.
A/N: I felt like writing a drabble about Gerudo Valley, since I find the music most enticing and it's my favorite place to be in OoT. I always dive into the water there, so I wrote about it, haha! Hope you like it, R&R please!!
