Alright! My first H2O fanfiction! I wrote this like a year ago or something. I love Zikki/Rane whichever, I think both shipper names are cool. I had just finished typing about 3 more chapters and posting them for my fanfic Morningside. Anyway, read and review.
It was night out and the stars could clearly be seen. They walked up the narrow path under the stars as the two rows of stores and restaurants combined surrounded them on each side. The lights from the stores and restaurants lit the cobblestone path giving it a bit of a glow.
They were silent, no need to really talk. Zane looked down at Rikki. She was looking down at the stones she stepped on. He couldn't see her light blue eyes. She looked amazing to him, wearing a red tank top under his black leather jacket and a black mini skirt with a pair of doubled converse, outside black and inner shoe red, that he had bought her as a gift. He had his arm around her shoulder, walking on her right side. She had her left hand in his right one.
Zane was a bit chilli in his short sleeve black sleeve shirt and tan cargo shorts with flip flops, but Rikki seemed a bit cold herself, and what kind of boyfriend would he be if he left her chilli in 50 something degree weather while he was comfortable in his own jacket, powers or no? Just holding her hand though, he could tell she was using her powers to warm him up a bit, being careful not to over heat him.
She leaned into him a bit, lightly resting her head on his shoulder. She still had her eyes on the ground with a small smile, Zane could see, tugging the corners of her lips. He couldn't help but smile.
"What are you smiling about?" he asked her.
Her mischievous blue eyes lit up as she gazed into his brown ones.
"I'm just... enjoying time with you."
She blushed a little and he felt her hand heat up a bit more, making him feel warmer. He could deal. She looked down at the cobblestones again. He kissed the top of her head lightly.
It was obvious to most that they were in love. Only a fool couldn't see it. They hadn't made anything official. Officially, they were not dating. Officially, they weren't in love. They were just Rikki and Zane. Zane and Rikki. Unofficially, however, they belonged to each other. They just never felt the need to state the obvious.
That was cute. I guess... it gave me that fuzzy feeling inside and.... whatever, getting off topic. I'm writing this fanfic and it's a cross between iCarly, Sonny With a Chance, and H2O: Just Add Water, plus two characters from my imagination with a bit of One Tree Hill, and guess who one of my couples is. Go ahead, guess. If you guess Chad and Sonny, well, yeah. But guess again. Sam and Freddie, okay, one more guess. Rikki and Zane, you say, sick of my ranting? But of course! Don't you love Love On The Rocks by Sara Bareilles? Great song!
