A/N: Sorry not sorry.

Today was a good day. He might as well skipped his way up the stairs to their apartment while whistling a tune. He had finished all of his paperwork that swamped him the entire week, and now he had the entire weekend off. He could do whatever he wanted, and he would enjoy it. Because why not?

He came to their door as he fished his keys out of his pocket and turned the knob. He set his things down and kicked off his shoes. But to his joyous attitude, came small quiet sobs, coming from their bedroom. He turned his head to acknowledge it with a confused look on his face. This wasn't normal. He strolled quickly over to the door to be greeted to his very pregnant wife, sitting in their bed, up against the headboard with a blanket over her. Tears fell slowly down her face as she glanced up at him.

"What's wrong sweetie?", he asked concerned.

"You're a piece of shit! That's what's wrong!", she said through sobs.

His brow raised in confusion.

"You know what happened today?", she asked him, tears still rolling down her face.

"Uhh…care to fill me in?", he asked back.

"I woke up to an empty bed again. I missed you like hell again. And I wanted to hug something that smelled like you, and then I was reminded that scarfie was gone! AGAIN!"

He tried holding back a laugh as he walked over to sit on the side of the bed and rub her belly.

"Why are you smiling?! You think it's funny?!", she asked through sobs.

Carrying twins must have made you extra emotional than a normal pregnancy. But what did he exactly know?

He stifled a laugh to tease her, and she grabbed his pillow and hit him with it, but his laughter only grew.

"It's not funny Mako! Don't you care about me anymore?!", she said as she continued to attack him with the pillow.

He finally stole it from her, and she crossed her arms and pouted in defeat. Then he chuckled, and placed a soft kiss on her forehead.

"I'm sorry. We've been swamped. But I have the whole weekend off. Just for us.", he said as he smiled.

"But you'll go back on Monday and I'll be left out Mako and scarfie!", she sobbed again.

He laughed again, as he pulled her into a gentle hug. He pressed his lips to her forehead as she nuzzled into his shoulder.

"Do you want me to get a new scarf for you?", he asked.

"Nothing can replace scarfie. You know that."
