~oOoOoOo~
Charlie Weasley had always had a fascination with the warm colour spectrum. He loved the yellows, and reds, and oranges he saw throughout the days. He loved how each member of his family had a vibrant red-orange flare to their hair; he loved how when one got upset, or embarrassed, or angry, their skin matched the red hue. He loved the smattering of the orange-brown freckles that smattered their skin.
As he grew up in age, there was only one other thing that interested him - that shared the reds, and oranges, and yellows - and that was Dragons. He loved their bright yellow eyes, how some species had red, orange, and yellow scales, how they all drew fire from their lungs.
So when the opportunity came that he could work with them after he left Hogwarts, he swooped at the opportunity. Beside, who else could say they worked with Dragons?
When he was at the reservation, wrangling the fire-breathing beasts like a cowboy would a horse, he had no problem getting burnt.
That's not to say that he was a masochist - cause it hurt like hades - he just loved the reds and oranges of the hues. So each time Charlie received a 'Dragons Kiss,' he appreciated it. He appreciated the colours, the burns, the glory.
Besides, not many people wanted to be a Dragon. Maybe they'd understand one day...
