Seiko could tell something was up.

If it weren't for the odd food and poor attitude, then she could completely assure herself that random bathroom breaks throughout the day was something else. Seiko could definitely tell that sweet, little Suzume had a bun in the oven.

Seiko had been quite suspisicious of the small woman. It was no secret that she was doing naughty things with her newly wedded husband, but Seiko would've at least expected that they used protection.

Against her better judgement, the two of them had taken in such activities and hadn't used anything.

But Seiko couldn't resist teasing Mayu. It seemed that the bubbly girl had no clue that she was with child. Letting out a sigh, Seiko continued to watch Mayu as she chatted with her husband, Sakutaro. Seiko could just feel herself getting excited to the fact that he was present. His reaction would be priceless.

Rising from her chair, Seiko made her way over to the couple, deciding to play it cool at first.

"Suzume! It's so nice to see you again!" Seiko spoke out, catching their attention. Mayu perked up at her nickname and smiled.

"Shinohara! It's been so long! How have you been?" Seiko took her place on the seat across from them as Mayu spoke, eyeing Sakutaro every few seconds. She was making him anxious, she could tell. There was never a time where Seiko could make anyone uncomfortable. Not even her dear Naomi would ever get used to it.

As they started to chat among each other, catch up from the few years the small group had been separated for, Sakutaro felt himself growing incredibly skittish. Seiko wouldn't stop eyeing him. There something going through her mind, and he was terrified to know what she was going to say.

"So, have you two planned on having any children?" Seiko finally asked, seeing it as the right moment. Mayu paused for a moment before giggling and slipping her arm around Sakutaro's.

"Maybe someday. Right Shige-nii?" She looked over to him as he adjusted his glasses. A light blush had started to heat up on his face from the question. This was leading somewhere, he could practically taste it.

"Oh... really now? How soon would this be?" Seiko pushed her luck, earning a confused look from Mayu. Sakutaro felt a chill run up his spine, the light above shining his glasses over.

"What do you mean Shinohara?" Mayu asked, blinking. Seiko wanted to giggle outloud, but she didn't want to confuse poor Suzume even more.

"Well... Methinks your going to have children much sooner than you think," Seiko blurted, and Sakutaro's face heated up by a tenfold, a deep blush covering his face and growing to his ears. Mayu blushed herself, not expecting such a statement. But this WAS Seiko they were speaking to. God only knew what went through that woman's mind.

"Don't be ridiculious, Shinohara! We just got married! We still have a lot to do before we have children," Mayu quickly tried to move on. Huffing in defeat, Seiko knew she had hit that roadblock. She glanced over to Sakutaro, who was clearly very flustered at this point. Smirking, she decided to be merciful today and change the subject of their conversation...

It wasn't a week later and Seiko got a phonecall from Mayu. Picking up the phone, she greeted with a bubbly voice.

"Hello Suzume~!" She chimed, holding the cellphone between her ear and shoulder as she folded laundry.

"H-Hello Shinohara... Um... You w-were kind of right..." She heard Mayu murmur on the other end. She blinked with confusion.

"About what?" Seiko asked.

"Remember about that whole child thing a few days ago...?" Mayu muttered, and Seiko felt her heart flip in her chest.

She never underestimated her sixth sense.
