They were about as opposite as possible. One was loud, childish, said whatever ridiculous notion came to mind without thinking first, and American. The other was mature, relatively quiet, always thought out his words, and was English. And that's only the beginning of the list.
And yet they were inexplicably drawn to each other. Though neither would admit it, both craved the other's company, and longed for it when they were apart.
So why did they try so hard to cover it up with petty arguments? Because, though they have a long list of opposites, they did share one trait.
Both were stubborn as hell.
So, just an extremely short drabble, and even though I didn't put a whole lot of effort into it, I would love to know if any people out there actually like it.
