Chapter 1: Please Don't Cry

The village of Konoha, the Village Hidden in the Leaves, is a beauty of the Elemental Nations and stands as one of the strongest in the world, rivaled only by Iwa and Kumo in strength. It is a shinobi village surrounded by a great sea of trees, not of a natural phenomenon but of the art of wood release from the Shodaime, Konohagakure's first Hokage. Such is the strangeness of the forest that those who are not permitted would find themselves lost, or so they say. When one enters the gates beyond the walls, he or she will come to gaze at the plateau in the distance that holds the faces of the past and present Hokage of legend. Now there are four whose faces are engraved for eternity among the numerous civilians and shinobi.

There was one would-be-shinobi whose aim is to become not just Hokage, but the greatest in all of the world. This boy, now six, is unjustly ridiculed by the shinobi and civilians alike for reasons no one tells him. They would chase him down the streets for promises of ending his life. It was only his inhuman speed and stamina and the ANBU guards that he lives through it all. Yet, he doesn't hate them because he is devoted to the fact that they will all recognize him as Naruto Uzumaki. He doesn't hate the village at all... until now.

Late afternoon, just as the sun is barely over the horizon, Naruto was running through the Hokage Mansion to hide from one of the said shinobi vowing to kill him. The Hokage, one of the people who actually cared for him, was busy with a council meeting. It was an elaborate plan from the civilian council to kill the "demon brat". He found a hiding spot in a closet. As as the shinobi passed him by every agonizing second, Naruto accidentally backed up into a shelf. A blade and a box slipped off and cut into his arm deep enough to draw blood that dripped onto the box.

Thankfully, the shinobi was gone and couldn't hear the spout of curses that Naruto was releasing. His rambling when he noticed a glow on a seal of the box his blood was on. Curiousity took the better of him as the blonde lifted the lid to the contents inside.

His eyes widened when he found a letter addressed by the Yondaime and his wife Kushina Uzumaki, the very same surname Naruto had. More importantly, the letter was addressed to their son.

Naruto's entire world shattered when he read the name. He was their son. The son of the Yondaime and the Uzumaki Clan that should've been treated as a hero for keeping the Kyuubi back. Instead, the civilians chose to spit on his father's wishes and try to finish what their god figure started.

Naruto always wondered if his parents ever loved him. When he asked Hiruzen Sarutobi, he flat out lied not only him but to the entire village. Rage billowed in the blonde at the very reasons for the lies and suffering lost to him. This so-called paradise of a village is nothing but a cover to such filth.

"This village is filled with nothing but scum." Naruto seethed.

"Indeed."

Before Naruto could contemplate on the deep voice, his vision suddenly went black. The next Naruto opened his eyes, he was standing in ankle deep water before a giant cage. Beyond the bars, Naruto could see the red shadow of a giant figure and a blood red eye with a slitted pupil.

If Naruto was still the ignorant boy, he would've given a reaction.

"You're," Naruto spoke in a monotone with widened eyes, "the Kyuubi."

"Impressive." said Kyuubi, "You show no fear. Now that you realize the faults of all these ningen. Will you finally fight back against them? Will you finally raze this hole of filth to the ground? I will gladly give you my chakra."

"...No." Naruto answered in a maturity many decades older than his age, "If I lash out my hatred, I would be no better than they are. There is just too much anger, and that's the problem with everything. I hate this village yes, but I won't get revenge. Instead... I will find a way to get rid of all the hate that is plaguing the world."

The Kyuubi was inwardly caught off by the wise words in the blonde. It reminded him too much of the Sage of Six Paths. In fact, he could see a mirage of the man around the blonde and he could see the uncanny resemblance. Still, he wouldn't become soft now.

"Hmph." Kyuubi grumbled, laying his head down to rest on a giant arm, "In the end you are still weak. I will not have it, ningen."

"If you don't want a weak host, then make me strong." Naruto declared.

This time, the Kyuubi openly showed his surprise with widened eyes. "Come again?"

"It's simple." said Naruto, "We both agree that I am currently too weak for both our liking. If I'm weak, then I can't get rid of the 'ningen's' hate."

There was a few moments of silence between the two beings. One was staring back unflinching with cold blue eyes much like his father, and the other glaring back with burning crimson eyes. The heavy silence was broken by bellowing laughter from the giant fox that sent shockwaves through the mindscape.

"You amuse me, gaki." Kyuubi bellowed, a smile stretching his jaw, "Fine, I agree to your proposal to train you and make you strong. Pray tell, what will you do next?"

"It's clear that the villagers will not let me live." said Naruto, "If I get stronger, they won't let the 'demon brat' live. So I will need to leave. First, I will go to my father's estate mentioned in his letter and gather any and all of his techniques that he left there. The village doesn't deserve anything from my parents for how they treated me. I'll leave at nightfall, and I'm confident none of the shinobi will stop me."

"Not a bad plan, gaki." Kyuubi complimented, "You both give the ningen their satisfaction then their horror as you leave with the Yondaime's secrets. If I make a suggestion, go up north. Last I heard, my brother was living a nice life after accidentally saving the village up there decades ago. He's treated as a guardian."

"Up north?" Naruto mused, "I think that's Kumogakure. Alright, Kumo it is."

Naruto calmly walked away from the bars, and the Kyuubi shut his eyes to get himself a nap. Suddenly, the blonde stopped his trek and looked back at the crimson fox with a plastered smile.

"I will get rid of all this senseless hate." Naruto declared, "And someday, I'll get rid of the hate that you have."

The Kyuubi only stayed silent, even as the blonde faded from the mindscape. His blood red eyes lost an amount of the killing intent in them to a softer look.

"The first you could do is get rid of this sewer, gaki." The Kyuubi grumbled before going to sleep.

(Later)

It was literally easier done than said. No one stopped Naruto from going to the Namikaze estate and unlocking the door with his blood. Inside, there were more storage seals in his parents' room, also easily unlocked with his blood. He found several scrolls detailing techniques including Minato's Rasengan, taijutsu styles, books on fuinjutsu, chakra exercises, kage bushin, and even elemental jutsus. It was all easily packed into Naruto pack, also loaded with provisions for his journey away from the village. If he would ever run out, the Kyuubi agreed to teach Naruto how to hunt his own meals.

Naruto was now standing just a few feet away from the open gates of Konoha. Just a few steps and he would be a free kid. He wouldn't be the "demon brat", or even the prankster and goofball that he made a mask off. The blonde would drop the act and he would simply be known as Naruto Uzumaki. It only take a few steps-

"Naruto-kun."

The soft, squeaky voice stopped Naruto in midstep, his eyes widened and a cold sweat going down his neck. By the pitch, it was easily a girl his age and it was awfully familiar. Slowly, Naruto turned around to gaze in surprise at a girl with short lavender hair and wide, pale white eyes. In his opinion, he thought those eyes seemed exotic with the girl's hair. He realized he had seen that hair from a girl he saved from bullies awhile ago. It was only later he learned that she was Hinata Hyuuga, heiress of the Hyuuga Clan. As far as he knew, Hinata was one of the only people who never saw him as the "demon brat" and had a heart of gold for everyone, but she would always become a little shy especially around Naruto.

He flinched when he saw a shine at the corner of her moon like eyes. Hinata that he knew was so sweet was crying and it was pulling on his heartstrings.

'Dammit, what kind of person am I making her cry like that?' Naruto berated himself.

"Wh-What are you doing?" Hinata whimpered.

Naruto couldn't lie to her face. "I'm leaving. I'm leaving this Kami awful place. I realized something that I deserved to know has been kept secret from me. I can't take it anymore with this village and its ridiculous hate towards me. After some thinking, I now seek to rid the world of the hate that has caused so much suffering and I plan to get strong enough to do so. I can't do it here."

After Naruto's explanation, his heart was being ripped out when he saw the shaking of her head and the sobs trying to escape from her mouth. Naruto tried to say something but it was caught in his throat. He tightened his fists and spun his heel around to leave until small yet tight arms froze him in place. Something warm and wet was drying on the back of his shirt.

"Please don't leave." Hinata begged, "Please don't leave me. S-So what if everyone hates you? They - They are all idiots thinking you're the Kyuubi and not its jailor."

"You... You know?" Naruto gasped. He was completely dumbfounded how she didn't hate him.

"I-I can see the red chakra and it was easy to know why everyone hates you." Hinata said, whimpering through words, "And they are all stupid. You are not a monster. You are Naruto Uzumaki, who vowed to become Hokage. Someone who defended me and I was weak. Someone who's so brave that I feel like I am strong. I would never hate you, but please - please don't leave me. I-I'm weak without you."

Naruto couldn't take it anymore. In a blur, the situation was switched with Hinata being wrapped in his warm embrace. His hold was tight, pouring in every emotion he had bottled up inside. Screw Sakura, she had nothing on Hinata who was giving her heart out.

"I'm sorry." Naruto mumbled, just loud enough for Hinata to hear, "I'm so, so sorry for making you cry like that, but I have to do this. But don't ever think you're weak. Would someone weak try to stop me from leaving the village? You are anything but weak. In fact, I believe you are the strongest person I know, dattebayo!"

Naruto held Hinata at arms length, his oceanic eyes gazing warmly and truthfully at Hinata's pale orbs of the moon. Hinata had no doubt about his words, especially when he used his verbal tick.

"Then what do I do?" Hinata muttered.

"...Can you make me a promise?" Naruto asked after a moment of silence, to which Hinata nodded, "I set myself a new goal to heal the Elemental Nations of all the hate it has. I know there is way, and by Kami I will do it, but I can't do it alone. I may not be accepted in Konoha but you are."

"Wh-What are you asking?" Hinata said.

Naruto smiled. "Hinata... can you carry on my dream? Can you become Konoha's greatest Hokage in my place?"

Hinata's pupils widened to dinner plates. "What!? Why me!?"

"Because you have a good heart." Naruto said, "When you become Hokage, I am trusting you to get rid of the hate in Konoha. I know you can do it, so get really, really strong. Can you promise me that?"

The tears returned, only they were rivers down Hinata's cheeks and they were of joy. "I-I promise. I promise I will get strong and become the Hokage that gets rid of the hate in the village."

"Thank you." Naruto said, walking passed the gates. He paused for a moment, glancing back at Hinata to allow her to see a tear drip down from one of his blue eyes, "I promise that I will return to you, Hina-hime."

Even after Naruto disappeared down the road in the night, Hinata was frozen on her feet for what felt like hours. Her knees finally gave out and she cried in the night letting every emotion. Joy that Naruto accepted her. Anger at the villagers for driving him away. Sadness that he was away from the village for a long time.

But through the trauma, Hinata endured and wiped the tears away. She would not fail him, not when Naruto put so much faith and trust in their endeavor to bring peace to the Elemental Nations. That night, a new Hinata rose to her feet with a new drive and strength that likes of which can shape destiny.

'I will get strong and become Hokage.' thought Hinata, 'That's a promise I will never break. For you, Naruto-kun.'

Her eyes snapped open, free of sorrow and now filled with determination. None had witnessed her eye glowing a blue light before the pale eyes were now a sky blue and the irides containing a white, floral pattern.

(Two weeks later)

The Kyuubi jinchurriki can now admit that he was lost. It has been two weeks since Naruto left the village and there was no sign that he near Kumo or even in the Land of Lightning. All that he could see was trees, tress, the occasional river or lake, and - oh look - more trees.

"Dammit, Kami give me a sign where I'm going." Naruto shouted to the sky.

Currently, the Uzumaki heir was walking on water of lake fed by a wall of waterfalls. Kyuubi had not lied about his promise to teach the blonde, and for a construct of chakra he was good teacher. The first thing Naruto was taught was the tree-climbing exercise to focus chakra into his feet to go up walls. After about a week, he then introduced to water-walking, which Naruto approved as a good exercise for his chakra control and expansion of his reserves.

"Be patient for once in your life, kit." Kyuubi spoke in Naruto's head, "You're a small ningen, so of course it takes longer than a fucking week to get to Kumogakure or anywhere away from the Land of Fire."

"Easy for you to say." Naruto retorted, "You were once a giant fox that rose above the mountains."

"Don't flatter me, kit." Kyuubi growled, "It actually isn't easy because I haven't had the luxury being in my original form for six years."

"Cranky furball." Naruto grumbled.

"Oh, I will bite you-" Kyuubi stopped himself from his rant and Naruto could tell the fox was sensing something, "Kit, I've got something."

"What is it?" Naruto asked in a serious tone, stiffening his posture into a stance he briefly read from one of his parent's scrolls. His eyes scanned the area around him for any discrepancies, his legs tightened ready to jump, and his fists ready to punch whatever came at him.

"Definitely so." Kyuubi mused, "I feel one of my kind nearby."

Naruto perked up and his stance slightly relaxed. "Another jinchurriki?"

"Yes." Kyuubi said, "Considering how you were treated in Konoha, maybe we can take this one as an ally."

"You're right." Naruto said, running across the water, "I'm not going to miss one of the few people who understand my burden. So uh... where do we go?"

"Beyond the waterfalls." Kyuubi said, "But I suspect that this is another shinobi village. You go through there, you're dead."

"So find another entrance, got it!" Naruto exclaimed, until his stomach produced a loud rumble, "Maybe after getting something to eat."

Kyuubi could only put a paw over his face. Why did he have to be sealed in this ningen?

"Food." Naruto called, "Where are you food?"

To Naruto's joy and the Kyuubi's amazement/shock, a rabbit came out of the nearby bushes. Where others would see a rabbit, Naruto saw a roast on a stick over a fire. A trail of saliva went down his open maw, and he licked his lips in anticipation.

"Time to hunt." Naruto said.

Kyuubi channeled a very small dose of his chakra, enough to make Naruto's nails lengthen and turn his eyes red with a slit pupil. It was just enough for Naruto to have the speed and hunting instincts of an actual fox. Like a predator, Naruto ran into action on all fours. His prey sprinted off into the forest on alert, but the blonde was hot on its trail. Twigs and leaves were crushed under his feet and palms, his eyes locked onto the rabbit as the only thing that mattered. Inch by inch Naruto gained footing and closer to his meal.

"I got you now." Naruto declared jumping into a pounce.

Wall meet face. Face meet wall.

BAM!

Naruto meet pain.

Naruto's face crashed into rock while the rabbit slipped into a hole just below. In a comical fashion, Naruto slid down to the ground with a thud. His eyes rolled into the back of his head while a fox, rabbit, and toad ran around his head.

"KIT, GET UP!" Kyuubi roared.

"Hey-wha-huh." was the only thing that could be understood from Naruto's muttering as he sprang to his feet. "Gah, why did you wake me up?"

Naruto shuddered when he felt Kyuubi bash against the bars. "GET THAT MORSEL. I WILL NOT HAVE MY HOST BE MADE A JOKE BY A DIRT DIGGER."

Naruto blurred into the hole that was thankfully large enough to crawl through. The venture was agnozingly long until he finally found the light of day at the other side. He jumped out into the open with a yelp, expecting to have the rabbit in his clutches. There was only the dirt and pain in the face again.

"Why did I have to be stuck in such an idiot?" Kyuubi grumbled.

Naruto overheard but only muttered some curses before going on the hunt for the rabbit. Unfortunately, he couldn't get its scent back and to his further agony his stomach growled in a louder tone.

Kyuubi's whining was cut off when he sensed the chakra, this time far stronger. "Kit, the jinchurriki is nearby."

Naruto's mood turned a 180 and he bolted in the directions via Kyuubi's advice. He took notice that the forest was a lot more lush than Konoha and they were a lot more rivers with waterfalls. Then he realized the waterfalls earlier and came to the conclusion that that rabbit hole got passed the shinobi village's barrier. It truly shocked Naruto how dumb shinobi really were to look over that.

"Considering you literally just walked out of Konoha, this isn't really surprising." Kyuubi commented.

"You got that right, furball." Naruto agreed.

Even Naruto could feel the sensation that his brethren was close. The blonde decided to play smart and ascended the trunks to tree-hop the rest of the way. He used a kunai to anchor himself in place once he could see a whole village before him. His eyes almost bugged out at the sight of the enormous tree in the center of a lake with a bridge connecting it to the mainland. He could spot only a few orange roofs, but he knew the rest of village, though small, was hidden among the trees.

"Kami, it's beautiful." Naruto mumbled.

Naruto continued on his way after a kilometer till the sensation was so strong it was ringing in his ear. But there was also something else: sorrow.

Naruto's ears picked up on the sound of crying just below him. At the roots of the tree he was in was a girl his age, hugging her knees to her chest, with brown skin and mint-green hair. She wore a white t-shirt over a grey tanktop and also white short shorts. An orange hair clip was in her hair, which Naruto found fitting to the girl. To his amazement, her own eyes were a brilliant orange as she revealed them when wiping her face.

'Her eyes are my favorite color.' Naruto thought a bit bewildered. 'I have to help her.'

The blonde wasted no time jumping down back to the ground. The girl's eyes turned to fright at Naruto's sudden appearance. Even as he approached, the girl would crawl back. Naruto cringed seeing the same eyes he had in Konoha: all the loneliness, confusion, and pain. Still, Naruto persisted because he wouldn't abandon her.

"It's okay." Naruto coaxed, putting up a peace sign. "I'm a friend. I'm not-"

"N-No!" The green-haired girl exclaimed, tears building in her eyes. "Y-You're just like the rest of them. It's a trick. I know it's a trick. I'm not gonna fall for it."

"It isn't a trick." Naruto said, "I want to help you."

"Stop it!" The girl sobbed, "Why do you want to hurt me? Why? Why? I'm not the Nanabi. I'm not. I'm not. I'm-"

The girl stopped when Naruto blurred the distance between them and wrapped her in a hug. His sudden warmth felt like a warm blanket from the harsh cold she had been lost in for so long. She would've been a fool to not take the chance as she reciprocated the hug and dried her tears into Naruto's shoulder.

"Please don't cry." Naruto said, "I know the stares. The hate that crushes you. The unjust beatings to kill the "demon brat". And worst of all, I know the loneliness. You feel like you're walking down the road, but everyone around you is no different than air. In all that loneliness, you beg for something and in the end all you can do is cry."

The Nanabi jinchuriki pulled back a little and her orange eyes widened when she saw the exact same pain in Naruto's own eyes. She could see the very same suffering and loneliness she herself had to endure, and up until now she thought no one else was like her. Then this blonde comes into her life and just locking their eyes she knew they were the same.

"H-How?" The girl managed to get out.

Naruto gave his signature grin while scratching the back of his head. "Seeing as you're Lucky Seven, I guess you can call me Mighty Nine."

"Kiss-ass." Kyuubi said with a smirk.

"Jackass." Naruto mentally retorted.

"Nine as in the Kyuubi?" The girl asked and Naruto nodded. There was a moment of silence between the staring Jinchuriki.

"So, uh, I know that Lucky Seven is a good name but what is actually you're name?" Naruto asked.

"My name is just Fuu." The now named Fuu answered, "And yours?"

"Naruto Uzumaki, you're best friend." Naruto proclaimed, "We-We are friends, right?"

"Of course!" Fuu immediately answered, a glow of joy in her eyes, "You're the first person who understands me."

"Fuc - I mean - heck yeah, dattebayo!" Naruto cheered, keeping his swearing down to a minimum around Fuu.

Said jinchuriki was currently giggling uncontrollably. "Dattebayo?"

Naruto's only response was to hang his head in shame while a random rain cloud jutsu poured on his head. Kyuubi was hollering in laughter in his seal, and the Nanabi finally aware of Kyuubi's presence was also balling in laughter.

"So what is this place called?" Naruto asked.

"This is Takigakure." Fuu answered, shifting to Naruto's side, "It's a small shinobi village, but we are still famous among the Elemental Nations. It's the only home I know."

Naruto scoffed. "Some home."

"I can agree to that." Fuu said, "Where are you from?"

Naruto took on a deep look of thought as he sat still in his thinking posture. Now that he was silent, Fuu took the opportunity to fully examine the funny enigma that was Naruto Uzumaki. Besides his bright sun hair and deep blue eyes, he also had six whisker marks on his cheeks that gave him a cute appeal. He was short for a boy his age, probably from being malnourished which gave further evidence that he was a jinchuriki. Physical appearances aside, there was no mistaking the warmth embrace Naruto was giving off constantly like a generator of positivity.

"I am going to come clean." said Naruto, "I come from Konohagakure, but recently I ran away after discovering some secrets that I should have known. I didn't even know why they called me a demon. At first I wanted to get revenge on them, but that would make me no different then they are, so I gave myself a new goal in mind. This world is in a constant cycle of hate and war making everyone suffer so I'm going to become strong so I can get rid of that hate and everyone can come together in understanding and harmony."

Fuu's eyes widened. "Woah that's... Are you sure you want to do that?"

"There's no way I'm not going back on my dream." Naruto affirmed, "I had to leave to become strong enough to do so, but I know I can't do it alone."

His gaze locked on Fuu and she found herself fidgeting nervously. "W-What do you mean?"

"Will you come with me, Fuu-chan?" Naruto proposed and Fuu stiffened and blushed from the suffix. Naruto continued. "Like my home, no one likes you here and I'm sure they won't let you become strong. I want you to come with me so not only that we both can become stronger but also try to make people understand each other. I know it is a lot to ask-"

Naruto was interrupted when Fuu tackled the blonde to the ground and trapped him in a vice grip hug.

"YES, OF COURSE I'LL COME WITH YOU!" Fuu shouted, "These few minutes with you have been the best compared to my life in Taki. I'll go everywhere with you, Naruto-kun."

"Alright, dattebayo!" Naruto shouted in the same energetic tone.

"But, uh," Fuu said, "how are we going to get out of here? The village may hate me, but I know they won't let me leave."

"Simple, we go through the rabbit's hole I came in through." Naruto answered with his usual smile.

"..."

"...I'm serious, there's a hole that runs all the way to the other side." Naruto said flatly.

"...Seriously?" Fuu said disbelievingly.

"This is coming from the same jinchuriki who literally walked out the front gates." Naruto replied.

"Wow." Fuu said, "...Is it just us or are shinobi really stupid?"

"Maybe a bit of both." Naruto said, "I always thought I was lucky, and it is just double since you're Lucky Seven."

"When can we leave?" Fuu asked.

"Right now." Naruto replied and before Fuu could say anything she was lifted bridal style in Naruto's arms and the blonde hopped back the way he came at blurring speeds.

(Later)

Getting out was easy. Unfortunately, the jinchuriki's luck took a hit when Taki shinobi were on their chase. It was thanks to Naruto's speed and Fuu's hold on the blonde they managed to keep only in hearing distance of the chasing shinobi. Though the question that they were trying to capture or chase them was still up for debate. They still gave a chase even after a few kilometers.

"Wow, they really didn't want you to leave." Naruto commented, narrowly dodging a shuriken aimed for his neck.

"Less talking, more running, kit!" Kyuubi shouted.

Naruto pumped more chakra into his feet, allowing him to rocket off with each step while also snapping the branch. He let out a smile as he saw himself gain distance from the chasing shinobi. Suddenly, his feet couldn't hit anything solid. Strange as he didn't see a lake...

"Idiot, roll!" Kyuubi growled.

Naruto looked down just in time to see flat grassland and managed to go into a roll to avoid injuring himself or Fuu. Now his focus was on running in an open field making him a bullseye to the shinobi. While Naruto was fully confident in outrunning anyone with tree hopping, there wasn't much he could do on the ground itself. Yet, the blonde bit back any and all doubt and ran forward with all his purpose.

Unfortunately, Naruto failed to notice a tall figure in front of him and crashed into said figure and fell on his back with Fuu still clinging to him. Naruto blinked his eyes to get rid of his blurry vision.

"What the..." Naruto mumbled.

"Yo, you alright, cause you went in a flight, little bro?" asked... or rapped a deep voice. As Naruto's vision cleared, he saw a tall man with dark skin wearing white and grey shinobi gear. He wore black shades and had light brown hair twisted into a dreadlock. Over his forehead was a headband with clouds. On his back was a rack...

(We will not speak of that)

...of seven swords.

"What is it, B?" spoke another voice said. Naruto looked to the left to find another shin with the same attire and headband. He had shaggy white blonde hair covering his left eye, has kanjis for lightning and water on his left and right shoulders, and has a broad, cleaver-like sword on his back.

"Not sure, but I know this ain't a bore, yo." rapped B, "Eight-o is going a bit nuts-o over the mint and blonde-o. Whatcha gonna do, Darui?"

"Your rapping is so dull." spoke the other shinobi, "Hey gakis, what are you doing here?"

Before they could answer, the Taki shinobi emerged from the forest. One jounin with a square jaw stepped forward and demanded, "Hand over the gaki and the demon brat and we'll let you go."

Darui only narrowed his eyes with his fingers tapping the hilt of his sword. B however had a frown and a dark expression very rare for him. One of the Taki shinobi decided to take matters in his own hands and threw a kunai to Fuu. A blur of steel later and the Nanabi and Kyuubi jinchuriki found B standing over them. One of his blades were drawn that deflected away the kunai.

"Y'all a bunch of cowards without any honor, attacking kids who have done no wrong in the hour." B rapped, red chakra gathering around him in a cloak. "Fools, ya fools."

The air became suddenly heavy to breathe in and the Taki shinobi took steps back in fear.

"He's one of them." seethed the jounin.

"Y'all bout to go for a ride, wee!" B roared as his arm made a tentacle and with a single sweep half if the shinobi were gone. The other half prepared a counterattack, but Darui blurred in front of the group at the end of his handsigns.

"Storm Release: Laser Circuits."

In a show of blue lasers, the Taki shinobi were no more leaving only charred ground. B's chakra cloak disappeared and he turned back to Fuu and Naruto who were staring at him in awe.

B smirked. "What'd ya think, ya fools?"

"That was awesome!" Naruto exclaimed.

"You're a jinchuriki like us." Fuu gasped.

B nodded. "Right-o, yo. What are your names and what tails?"

Fuu went first. "Lucky Seven, Fuu."

"Naruto Uzumaki, Mighty Nine, dattebayo." Naruto said.

Darui's visible eye widened at the pair. These were jinchuriki of tailed beasts at the Hachibi's level. On the other hand, B was going over the nicknames the kids gave themselves. He was even writing them down in his notepad.

"Can I ask what two jinchuriki are doing at the border of the Land of Lightning?" Darui asked.

The glowing expressions on the kids' faces suddenly dimmed to a sad, or dull, look.

"In our villages, the civilians were too dumb to see the difference between a jailer and a prisoner." Naruto debriefed. "They hated and scorned us for no reason other than for what we were burdened with. I didn't even know I was a jinchuriki until recently. We had no choice but to run."

Darui and B frowned. Kumo was the first to realize that jinchuriki were still human. Yet, the fact that the majority of the nations couldn't tell the jinchuriki from the biju was disgraceful, and the fact the attitude came from shinobi was shameful.

An idea hatched in B's head. It was the villages' disgraceful attitude that chased them out. And now here they stand before the great Killer B, the pinnpinnacle of the jinchuriki. Their loss, Kumo's gain.

"How about this?" said B at their eye level, "Come along on the road with us, cause seven and nine without eight is dangerous."

To answer, Fuu and Naruto jumped up to wrap their arms around B's neck shouting "Thank you!" in an incoherent manner. B could only laugh, feeling like he had two that he could call his own. Then there was Ay and he couldn't wait for that to happen.

(Time-Skip; Gates of Kumo)

That is how a simple B-ranked patrol mission concluded with the addition of two new jinchuriki. The entire way, Fuu and Naruto made themselves comfortable on top of B's shoulders. Fuu preferred to call B 'Uncle Eight'. They talked the whole way to Kumo, mostly about rapping. While Naruto was disinterested, Fuu had an interest in the art to B's joy. By the time they were standing before the gates of Kumo, Fuu was coverted and practicing her own rhymes.

Suddenly, everyone in Kumo shivered from a chill going down their spines.

Naruto and Fuu were gaping at the sight of Kumo. The village made up from lack of forests with amazing architecture of towers, the shortest touching the clouds, and bridges weaving in a complex web. And the tallest was in the center of the village built into a mighty mountain, and currently had four faces engraved into its side. Naruto thought those must be Kumo's monument to their past and present Raikage.

Darui and B went into the Kage Mansion, to which Naruto instantly recognized the proceedings starting with the secretary. Thankfully, it wasn't some snobby bitch calling him demon.

"Darui and Killer B reporting in from border patrol to the Yondaime." Darui reported, "And with some new arrivals."

The secretary focused her eyes on Fuu and Naruto hanging from B's shoulders. Without a word, she went typing behind her desk.

"The Raikage will see you now." The secretary announced.

Darui and B walked through a few halls before stopping at two iron-laden doors. The Kumo shinobi stood waiting until a deep voice called them in. There was a desk similar to the Hokage's, especially the pile of papers. The back wall was nothing but a giant window overlooking the entire village. What stood out to Naruto were the numerous body building equipment. One giant man with bulging muscles stood in the office sitting on a bench lifting weights. His hair was the same as B's and he had bronze braces on his arms. He wore the white robes of a Kage with the kanji for lightning on the back.

"Bro, back from the road, yo." B rapped.

Naruto flinched when he saw the huge man that had to be B's big brother Ay twitch an eye and somehow snap the dumbell in his hand. His lips parted in a way he seemed more like an animal than a man, and lightning crackled around his body.

"Dammit B, what did I say about your rapp-" Ay cut off his rant when his eyes focused on the two youngsters hanging from his brother's shoulders. The room was eerily silent with the Raikage bearing an unreadable expression on the shinobi in front of him. "B... I know we have issues but whatever it is kidnapping children is not the answer."

B waved his arms frantically and cold sweat dripped down his form. "Yo, it ain't like that bro. I'm an artist of rap, nothing bad here."

"Then can someone explain why you two came back from a B-rank patrol mission with two children." Raikage demanded.

"Don't diss Tou-san like that, he's the man with the flow, yo." Fuu spoke, and to everyone's shock, rapped like B.

Naruto read the still air and decided to hide behind the haven that is Darui who also chose to take a few paces back to the door. Ay's jaw hanged down while he gave himself whiplash switching glances between B and the green-haired girl that proclaimed to be B's daughter. The seconds ticked on and some gears started to work in the Raikage's head at how accurate the statement seem to be. First off was the similar tanned skin, but that was a given since everyone was like that. However, there was the same air of spirit and care-free attitude they both possessed. Finally what put the nail in Ay's possible early retirement was that she rapped just as bad as B yet she had no shame. Even B was shocked that she called him her father, but was too busy smiling with pride for her rhymes. The biju were laughing their butts off, except for Gyuuki who was afraid of what his host got himself into this time.

Slowly and wordlessly, Ay got up to his feet and approached, with each step putting pressure in the air. Once in arm's reach, Ay slowly lifted an arm as though to smite B, but the air of danger quickly fell when he instead rested on his little brother's shoulder.

"B," Ay said in a consoling tone, "I know we make mistakes in life. Life is hard like that, but you make me proud knowing you are taking responsibility for being a parent, even if unplanned. I will fully support you in this and I welcome my niece to the family. She definitely takes after you."

...

...

...

B and Darui promptly floored themselves when they realized Ay thought that Fuu was B's actual daughter. Naruto caught it as well and floored himself from clutching his stomach in pain from laughter. All the biju present were laughing as well, and only left Ay and Fuu with confused looks.

(A thorough explanation)

"...and that's our mission report." Darui concluded.

Ay was in deep thought about this. On first glance, Kumo was in such luck that they return with two jinchuriki willing to join them. But as a leader he knew better than to ignore the cons. From the shinobi that B and Darui encountered, they were from Taki, but since there were no survivors he didn't have to worry about that front at least for now. The real problem was the whiskered blonde in front of him that reminded him too much of his rival, Minato Namikaze. As far as he knew, the Kyuubi was officially defeated six years ago at the price of his rival's life. However, he knew full well not even Minato could ever triumph the Kyuubi, and instead was sealed away. The boy was the right age and B confirmed he is the Kyuubi's jinchuriki via Gyuuki. If he was from Konoha, there was no way they would just let him go. He supposed the blonde had the luck of Kami to escape the village without chase. If worse comes, Ay could still claim that the blonde was still a civilian and so could had no allegiance to any village until he graduated from the academy.

Ay inwardly chuckled at the play of fate. Konoha ridiculed him and chased him out, but at the same time they lost their only biju and Kumo gained another. But there was something about him that interested Ay.

"What is your name, gaki?" Ay asked the blonde.

"Naruto Uzumaki." answered the boy.

Ay almost choked on his own breath. The only Uzumaki he knew was Kushina Uzumaki, S-Class shinobi of Konoha specializing in kenjutsu and feared throughout the lands as the Red Habanero. Even he would think twice facing a woman with such ferocity. He also knew that she was intimately involved with Minato Namikaze, but they were never reports they had a child...

Ay stared at Naruto again and there was no denying it. Take away the whisker marks and you have a fucking mini-clone of the Yellow Flash. Now Ay was fully convinced that Konoha is filled with retards. A jinchuriki, but mistreating the son of their Yondaim is like bitch-smacking Kami in the face! How the hell could such stupidity exist in the shinobi world?!

"...Your Minato's boy, aren't you?" Ay said, and the cringe from Naruto confirmed it, "I fought against him once in the Third Shinobi War. Do not worry, I hold no grudge against the man. I respected him as a rival in speed and a damn good shinobi. I mourned my own way when he passed. But to think his own son was mistreated in his own village that basically worshiped the man, I simply need to understand."

Naruto fists tightened and his blue eyes seemed colder. "No one even knew. Heck, I didn't even know I was a jinchuriki. I always wondered why everyone hated me. And when I asked about who my parents were to the Sandaime, he said he didn't know or gave me a vague answer. The man that I trusted and looked up to flat out lied to me and denied my heritage, and the villager's spat on Tou-san's wish to treat me as a hero. So when I found out, I had no love for that cesspool. To spite them, I found my parent's estate and took as much of their shinobi secrets to take with me. They don't deserve them."

When Naruto finished, B and Fuu were almost about to breath the water works. Darui twitched his fingers, wanting so bad to go into Konoha and shoot Black Lightning in all directions. Ay frowned at the way Konoha has fallen from its people to its leader.

"And I agree with you, gaki." Ay said, "I can't think of anything worse than that. You were in your rights for what you did, and I welcome you and Fuu to Kumogakure. My only question now is what will you do now?"

Naruto smiled. "My village has changed but I'm still going to be shinobi so I will enroll in the academy when I'm old enough."

Ay laughed. "Konoha is really full of sissies. We enroll gakis your age right now. The first four years are your typical shinobi training, but the rest is to get started on personalizing your skills such as your taijutsu and elemental affinities."

"Hah, then what am I standing around here for?" Naruto laughed with his signature smile.

Ay smiled down at the energetic blonde. "I'll fill out the paperwork. In the meantime, I will have an apartment where you and Fuu can stay, but I will also have a new estate built for you. You can keep the secrets of your parents jutsus to yourself, and I promise I will not demand them. From this day forward, the Uzumaki Clan is part of Kumogakure."

"Thank you, Ay, dattebayo!" Naruto praised.

Ay gestured to Darui to take Fuu and Naruto to the apartment complex where they would stay. The energetic voices of the youngsters turned into a dying whisper as they left the mansion, leaving only silence with the Yotsuki brothers. B was about to leave but Ay's narrowed gaze froze him in place.

"What is it, bro?" B said, pure terror preventing him from rapping.

"I'm still debating in my head if Fuu may actually be your daughter." Ay admitted, "Kami, no one - I mean no one - has the sense to rap like you, yet that girl being with you for a few weeks is already making the same rhymes."

"W-What are you getting at?" B wondered.

"Little bro, be honest with me." Ay said with a softened look, "Have you ever been with a woman, say six or so years ago? Specifically someone with green hair."

"I don't know, bro." B said, "Can't keep track with all the ladies coming to bask in my rhymes."

"B, I need an honest answer!" Ay bellowed.

"Uh... I don't know..." B mumbled with a frown, "Well... there may have been a girl. The only one who loved my rhymes. But, uh, I don't remember much, maybe because I drank empty from lunch..."

"That's something." Ay said, "Pray tell where you met this woman?"

"Uhm, in a village on a mission..." B said then suddenly stiffened when he remembered a crucial part, "...near Taki."

Silence. That was all that remained in the kage office. B could only fidget in place while looking to the ground while Ay kept an unreadable look on his little brother.

"I'm issuing a blood test, effective immediately." Ay announced, "If that Fuu really is your daughter... you better take responsibility. Besides," Ay let a warm smile grace his face, "I'll have a new niece to spoil."

(First Day at the Academy)

Fuu and Naruto were skipping down the road unbreakable smiles. Today was the day they would start their shinobi training at the academy. The passed weeks in Kumo have been the best in their lives. While waiting to be admitted, Naruto helped Fuu in her chakra control and now she could easily channel chakra through her body at much better control than Naruto. Naruto trusted his family jutsus to Darui, who made a literal blood oath on the spot to never reveal their contents to anyone until the Uzumaki estate was built.

Other shocking news came to Fuu a few days later. B came personally to announce that Fuu was indeed his actual daughter after results from the blood test came positive. He was prepared for hate and ridicule from the Nanabi jinchuriki, but certainly wasn't expecting to get a rib crushing hug and cries of happiness. She was far from upset because she had the perfect dad since they were both jinchuriki and artist of rapping. From that day forward, she was known as Fuu Yotsuki.

Darui escorted the jinchuriki pair through the halls of the academy and paused at their assigned room before opening it. Whatever chatter that was happening was silenced as the Darui the S-Class jounin walked into the room with two kids their age behind him. Even the teacher, a in a dark green dress with an angled cheeks and spectacles, was speechless at his appearance.

"D-Darui-sama, may I ask why you honor us with your presence?" The teacher asked.

"Just escorting these two here." Darui said, pulling out a slip of paper, "This should explain everything."

The teacher's eyes widened as her eyes skimmed the paper over and over. "I... see."

"Alright you two, don't be so dull." Darui ordered Fuu and Naruto.

"We'll be good, Darui-nii-san." Fuu beamed before Darui disappeared in a lightning shunsuin.

The instructor cleared her throat to address the class. "Everyone, I would like you to welcome your new classmates, Fuu Yotsuki and Naruto Uzumaki."

They were several gasps from the crowd when they heard Fuu was from the Yotsuki Clan. Most of the females were too busy ogling with hearts in their eyes at the new "cute blonde". Unused to the looks, Naruto only responded with his signature smile, which seemed to send the girls into lala land. He would soon regret the day that he created his creed of fangirls.

There was one girl that caught Naruto's eye out of the rest of the crowd. She wore a dark blue shirt and black pants that stuck to her very lean and flexible figure. Her hair was nicely platinum blonde with a neck length ponytail running down the back. The most striking were her eyes that were more cat-like. However, there was the unmistakable sense of familiarity that he only had with B and Fuu. He was about to try and make a mental link that he made when he contacted Gyuuki and the Nanabi until the Kyuubi's bellow crushed his thoughts.

"KIT, LISTEN TO ME NOW AND DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THAT VIXEN!" Kyuubi shouted with a hint of... fear!?

"Kami, what's your fucking problem, furball?" Naruto replied, getting a slight migraine.

"J-JUST DO AS I SAY!" Kyuubi panicked, "DON'T EVEN MAKE A LINK WHEN THE NINGEN IS HER JINCHURIKI!"

"She's a jinchuriki!?" Naruto exclaimed mentally, "Wait, what do you mean by 'her' jinchuriki?"

"On the life of the Sage, just do-"

"KYU-KUUUN~!" A new voice interrupted the two, but this time more feminine than the Kyuubi and sounded very happy. Naruto also noticed that the platinum blonde visibly winced as though she was having a headache.

To Naruto's shock, Kyuubi was actually whimpering. "Kami no, it is her."

"That's it, I'm making the link." Naruto announced, already focusing his Yin chakra to reach out to the blonde.

"NO, NO, NONONONO-"

(Mindscape)

Naruto found himself in a space of complete white and a lack of shadows. He was already used to it the first time he made the link with Fuu to speak with the Nanabi, who he saw as a bit funny in a way and a lot more friendly.

"Your - like me."

Naruto turned to the voice and found the very same girl from the outside girl staring back at him with awe. He returned with a wide smile and hanged his head back.

"That's right, I'm a jinchuriki just like you." Naruto introduced, "I'm Naruto Uzumaki, a pleasure to meet you, but you can call me Mighty Nine."

"Kyuubi." gasped the girl, "I am Yugito Nii, jinchuriki of the Nibi."

"Nice to meet you, Yugito-chan." Naruto said, causing the other blonde to blush.

"Th-Thank you, Naruto-kun." Yugito replied, "Uh, where's the Kyuubi?"

To answer, a crash sounded behind Naruto and the blondes gazed up to a giant nine-tailed fox with paws large enough to crush them. However, his air of bloodlust was all but gone and his head swiveled to the sides as though on the lookout.

"Eh, you okay, furball?" Naruto asked.

"Good she isn't here." Kyuubi muttered, "Okay, kit, you've said hello to the vixen and I'll give you pointers to mate with her in the future if you get me the fuck out of here."

"What's gotten into you?" Naruto inquired.

The blonde almost jumped when Kyuubi's maw was inches from his face. "No time for questions. Just get me out of here before-"

"KYUUU-KUUUUUN~!"

Next thing Yugito and Naruto knew, a blue blur of the same size tackled Kyuubi across the ground in a tumble. Caught by surprise, Kyuubi was left on the ground while the aggressor pinned him down. The aggressor was a giant cat made of blue flames with stripes of black and two tails waving vigorously in the back. The giant cat's eyes were different colors, one being green and the other being yellow.

"Is that the Nibi?" Naruto asked.

Yugito nodded. "The better question is why is she straddling Kyuubi like she's about to-" Yugito cut herself with her whole face blushing red. She silently cursed her tenant for being so perverted and corrupting her.

Meanwhile, the Nibi was rubbing her cheeks against Kyuubi's, who was half-trying to get free with no success. "Oh, Kyu-kun I've missed you so much. Everyday I felt so alone without you by my side playing together - and letting out our desires."

"Kit, get us out of here." Kyuubi begged.

"No, you are not going anywhere." Nibi growled seductively, "Come Kyu-kun, let's celebrate our reunion in heat. Then in the future we can play with our hosts so they can make a bunch of vixens and kittens."

"NIBI-CHAN!" Yugito roared with an even brighter blush, with Naruto matching in color.

In one last desperate action, Kyuubi moved one of his tails to a secret sensitive spot on Nibi's backside. Her sudden arousal allowed the fox to escape from the cat's grasp, but Nibi immediately recovered when she couldn't feel the fur of her beloved Kyu-kun. Naruto and Yugito gaped at the sight of the giant biju running around in a game of chase.

"KIT," Kyuubi roared while running as fast as the Sage allowed his feet to go, "I AM BEGGING, YOU GET ME OUT OF HERE BEFORE MY SISTER RAPES ME!"

That was enough for both blondes as they cut the mental link, unfortunately bearing scars from the whole... enlightening experience.

(Outside World)

"Kit, we will never speak of that ever." Kyuubi said.

"Kami, I know I won't ever be the same after that." Naruto replied.

The Uzumaki blinked a few times as the rest of his mind went back to the real world. Fuu didn't question him since she was aware of the entire mental link. The two jinchuriki reached Yugito's row and took the two remaining seats next to her with Naruto in the middle of the two girls.

"That was... horrifying." Naruto muttered for Yugito to hear.

Yugito sighed and bumped her head on the desk. "I am so sorry. Nibi's nice but she has her odd quirks. Let's just never discuss it."

"I'm sort of glad I didn't join with you two." Fuu interjected, extending a hand to Yugito, "Fuu Yotsuki, the Lucky Seven jinchuriki. Nice to meet you."

Yugito smiled and shook Fuu's hand. "A pleasure to meet you, Fuu-chan. Call Yugito Nii, the Nibi jinchuriki."

"Look at us." Naruto said, hanging his head back, "Three jinchuriki sitting the same room. I'd say we practically have the entire world in our hands."

Yugito raised an eyebrow at her fellow blonde. "You seem quite ambitious, Naruto-kun. What would you do with the world in your hands?"

"Get rid of all the hate and bring peace, dattebayo!" Naruto immediately answered, "But I can't hold the world alone."

"Then I'll be at your side Naruto-kun." Yugito said.

Fuu gave a look when Yugito used the suffix with Naruto. For some reason, she felt a rather burning, yet somehow cold emotion when she said that. She felt that only she could call him Naruto-kun.

"Someone's jealous." Nanabi snickered.

"Huh, jealous - uh, I'm not jealous of Yugito-chan because Naruto-kun's mine." Fuu retorted, "Did I really just say that?"

"Looks like you have competition." Nibi teased.

"Shut up, Nibi, because no one is taking away my cute Naruto-kun." Yugito chastised then stiffening to what she just thought, "Damn you, Nibi!"

"So what's the plan for now, Mighty Nine?" Fuu asked.

"Now," Naruto said with a foxy grin, "let's just do what we do best. Being awesome."

This has been the longest chapter I've ever done. Don't expect the next chapters to be just as long. Now to Hinata gaining the Tenseigan, I'm making a bit of AU that Hinata's mother is actually from the Kaguya Clan, and I theorize that the Hyuuga and Kaguya Clans are cousins of each other from Hamura much like the Uchiha and Senju from Hagoromo. Making Fuu a Yotsuki by making her B's daughter was just a bit of fun on my part. She won't be rapping as much as B, but her rhymes will still be terrible.

Until next time. Stay in touch. Please, please leave a review.
