Seras sat on the roof of Hellsing manor staring up at the full moon. 'I wonder what Master's doing right now…' Over the years Seras had become a stronger vampire thus aquiring the skills to keep her master from reading her thoughts. She sighed and lay back on the roof with her arms pillowing her head. 'Master was so proud when I began drinking my blood…I just hope I don't turn into a monster.' She thought while closing her eyes, not noticing a shadow forming over her body.
"Police Girl." A dark voice purred from behind her. Seras eeped and sat up quickly almost flipping herself over in the process.
"Master!!" Seras whined turning around to give Alucard a glare. He simply grinned maniacly and tilted his head. "You shouldn't sneak up on people like that! You might end up scaring them to death!" Her masters grin broadened telling her that was the idea.
"What are you doing up here Police Girl?" Alucard questioned staring down at the girl through his yellow tinged glasses. Seras tilted her blonde head before smiling.
"Well, Master, I was just thinking…."Seras said as her thoughts finished the sentence 'Wow you're beautiful…in a deadly sort of way.' He leaned over to where their noses barely brushed each other.
"About?" he questioned while his hair slowly slipped past his ears to frame his pale face. Seras blushed at his closeness then did something that surprised both her and her master. She reached forward and slowly removed his glasses so she could look him in the eye. His blood red eyes danced with mirth and a spark of deadly insanity. "Police girl?" He asked again. Seras didn't know where her new found courage came from but all she knew was that this longing was something that was there from the very beginning. She loved her master. She loved this crazy, blood-sucking, killing machine. She brushed the few strands of hair that had fallen back behind his ears only to have them fall back in their origanal place.
"Master….Can vampires fall in love?" she asked in a soft, confused voice. Alucard just raised a brow at her but didn't move away as her fingers began running through his hair and lightly brushing his face. She reminded him so much of his dead wife, but that had been long ago. He had been the Great Vlad the Impaler then, a loveless monster some had called him, while he had been in love with his wife.
"Yes police girl, vampire can fall in love." He stated simply while still staring into her eyes. Seras smiled softly at him and touched his cheek while slowly leaning towards him untill their lips barely grazed each other.
"Master…I love you." Seras whispered before pressing her lips to his in a soft caress. She began to pull away, fearing that she had done something wrong when a growl emitted from her master and a pair of gloved hands reached out and pulled her back into the kiss. Sera's eyes widened when her master softly kissed her lips in a series of gentle caresses. His gentleness surprised her, he was a killer, ruthless and blood thirsty ((A/N: No pun intended.)) and yet he was kissing her softly, as though he might break her. Seras smiled into the kiss and slowly moved away.
"Police Girl." He purred softly while leaning close to her ear. "I love you too." He was cut off by Seras pulling him into another kiss.
A/N: Ok, my first fanfiction. I know it was sappy and Alucard was horribly out of character but I hope you liked it.
