Why Naruto had actually listened, he'll never know. But he was glad that he did. Naruto had finally found that comic book that he'd lost long ago. Funny... Hadn't Sasuke said something about it being amazing what one would find if they actually took the time to clean every once in a while?

Naruto didn't even know why he listened to that stupid bird when he knew that he was broke. In the end though, it didn't even matter because he ran into Sasuke, who bought him ramen...

Everyone knew that it was hard for Naruto to sit still for more than five minutes, but that night he wound up at Hokage Mountain anyway. Sasuke, for whatever reason, was there as well. The two sat there all night in a companionable silence.

When Naruto stepped into the Uchiha complex, he was surprised to be pinned up against the wall by none other than Sasuke. He was even more surprised when a little bird flew through the open door and landed on his shoulder.

That evening, Naruto gave Sasuke not only his body, but his heart as well. Naruto was relieved when Sasuke returned the feelings completely.
A year has passed since then, and to this day, Naruto still wonders about that bird. Because the laws of nature state that animals can't speak like a human... When he told Sasuke about the bird, the Uchiha actually had the nerve to laugh.
