Just a simple oneshot. I wanted to try this pairing since reading iheartdisneys stories. So let's dedicated it to her! This is short because it's my first Jalex and I'm actually a bit nervous with it. Not to sure how to write it, but hey I won't learn if i dont try. Again this story is JALEX. Don't like? DON'T READ! You were warned.

Alex was sitting on the couch when her brother came in. He was carrying a box, that apparently came in the mail. He dropped into the nearest chair with it.

"Whose that for?" she asked.

"Me. I ordered it weeks ago." Justin said, trying to get the tape off the box.

Alex rolled her eyes. "Please, please tell me you bought something interesting. Like that new jacket I want." She gave him an innocent smile.

He looked up at her and glared. Alex felt butterflies in her stomach. She shook off the feeling when he started talking. "No. It's a Captain Jim Bob Sherwood collector action figure. I only need a few more to have the whole set."

"Oh god. What is it with you and your dolls?" she tried to hide the grin when she saw him pinch the bridge of his nose and the irritated look in his eye.

"Action figures. They're action figures Alex!"

She laughed. "If you say so."

Why did Alex pick on Justin so much? Well partly because it's very fun. Partly so she doesn't have to think about feelings. Feelings one shouldn't have towards their brother. Especially when said brother would think "you're sick."

She heard him ask Harper if she was Alex pretending to be Harper because it'd be sick. True or not, you can't help who you fall for. Even if you wish you could.

Alex watched him carry the doll and its case, that obviously had never been opened, up to his room. After a minute she decided to follow him. His bedroom door was wide open, so she leaned against the door frame and watched him.

Justin put the new collectible beside the other ones on a shelf hanging on the wall. It was almost filled with them. You wouldn't think Justin would have muscles, but Alex noticed, many times, that he was very muscular. She couldn't help wondering how sexy he'd look with a six pack, not that she actually knew if she had one. Sure, he acted, and is, a complete dork, but she still couldn't help herself.

Alex shook her head. Justin then decided to notice her. "Alex what're you doing?"

Her initial thought was to tell him how she felt. Then the doubts filled her head and now Alex wasn't so sure she should.

"Um…nothing. Just wondering if I could talk to you."

"What'd you do this time?" Justin crossed his arms and looked at her. Here come the butterflies again.

"Nothing. I just…wanted to tell you…" She trailed off. Last chance, truth or lie.

"Tell me what." Now he assumed she was up to something.

"That I'm going to go out and to let mom and dad know when their back from the movies."

"Okay but don't stay out too long. It's almost dark and if you get in trouble I'm not helping you this time."

She rolled her eyes at him. "You always say that."

"I mean it this time too." She knew he didn't.

When the wizard left, she sighed.

Stupid! You should've told him!

I can't! He'll tell mom and dad and I'll get sent off!

Moron! He feels the same! You know how he looks at you!

He's Justin. He wouldn't like me that way. I'm his little sister. It's going to stay that way.

Again I say moron! Use your magic! Make him adopted or something.

Last time I used magic like that he disappeared! That had me really worried.

Use a better spell! Right him a letter! Do something to tell him! If you don't you'll regret it!

Wait why was she arguing with herself? Alex wasn't sure if it was her conscious or what, but it had a point. Maybe she was just going crazy. Crazy or not she'll still love Justin.
