Aria Pov
Hi my name is Aria Montgomery, I'm 16 and I am one of the most popular girls in school, I went through to get to this stage with huge sacrifices just to be popular and be treated like others. Sometimes I feel bad thinking of the past and I became a different person even just to please others. Right now I'm sitting on a bench watching the physical education class outside. I was in my thoughts until I see a shadow to cover me the sun.
"Hi"- said a tall boy with blue eyes and black hair, I don't know him but he is actually hot. But as always, not to be frowned upon by others to be talking with a guy who has nothing popular. So I just ignored him.
"Hi"- he repeated, and this time I thought it was better if I respond
"Sorry, I know you from somewhere?" - I asked wanting to seem serious enough for him to realize that I was not any; I learned this cold attitude with Noel.
"Well I am new here and my name is Ezra and yours?" - I could not stop noticing he was blushing even though I have not handled the best way possible.
"I 'm a ... a ... Aria " - Why I was so nervous with a guy that I don't know , but for the first time in a while I acted naturally , I was myself not a cold person so formed a smile on my face .
He sits beside me and we started talking as if we knew each other for years! I felt free.
"Wow! Aria you're talking with this new school Nerd! I thought you were better than that " - said Noel one of the most popular guys in school that made me the person I am today popular , however I really like to speak with Ezra but I need to be popular because Noel would threaten me with my worst secret that nobody knows .
" What?! No way was I just talking to him to make him make my homework nothing more! "- I lied, I felt pretty bad about the way I was talking about Ezra but I do not want anyone to know my secret.
"Good" - he said with this he went away, when I looked to the other side I didn't see Ezra I just wanted to explain everything.
I felt really useless. I don't even have true friends actually I just have one Damon Salvatore. Without realizing I started to cry silently, I just wanted to keep my secret and not be criticized by Noel since he was the only one who knew...
