So there's like a hundred stories with Revan getting thrown into Anakin's time or vice versa, im doing something similar to that but I'm going full AU on this. First off its gonna be my Jedi Knight and Sith Inquisitor from TOR sent into the future, second Anakin, Obi-Wan, Lord Scourge and Xalek are gender-flipped, third Count Dooku has a apprentice, and fourth if I do include Revan it'll be a she. The story will switch between the perspective of my Miraluka Jedi Sentinel Juno Thermosphere and my Twi'Lek Sith Sorcerer Tethys Gigantes, with occasional alternate perspective.
Also the side story will feature my Sith Pureblood Juggernaut Theia Guard and my Chiss Operative Mnemosyne Wraith trying to figure out what happened to Tethys. I don't really know enough about the Republic classes to have a side story about them, sorry.
Pairings: Sentinel x Sorceror, Anaka x Padme, Juggernaut x Operative, Obi-Sha x Lord Scourge(I have a sense of humor), and Ashoka x Xalek (I'm insane.)

Chapter I.
The Century Engine of Naga Sadow.

Its been a year since I was declared Darth Nox of The Dark Council and became the Master of The Sphere of Ancient Knowledge. I have made many allies in my time as Sith, Me and The Current Emperor's Wrath did are trials simultaneously on Korriban before we joined a Imperial Agent and a Bounty Hunter on The Black Talon.
While I was rising through the ranks of the Sith I accompanied these three on many missions, earning respect accross the Sith Empire. Respect that would earn me a powerful and loyal powerbase following my ascension to the Dark Council.
Me and my subjects kept the Republic in fear and ancient Sith Artifacts in possession, my forces were currently excavating Ancient Sith Ruins on Yavin 4, having entrenched ourselves after the Revanite business. During that debacle I heard of a machine called The Century Engine, a machine that could use the power of the Dark Side to change the fabric of time and space. I plan to use the Century Machine to see the fate of the Empire and ensure that the Sith Empire survives and prospers.
"Master, we've cleared the entrance of the tomb, Andronikos and his commandos are clearing the inside, Drelik is requesting to research the Centruy Machine." my apprentice Ashara informed me.
"Tell Drelik I will research it myself, I'm taking Xalek into the Ruins, hold down the fort and don't let Khem eat anyone important." the voice I used with my personal crew was respectful but authoritative, I loved them but they where still my subordinates. Wold I ever admit the fact I actually care for my subordinates? No because one of my rivals would surely harm them.
I soon found Xalek training, he was attempting to master a rare form of Juyo specializing in double-bladed weapons, as a master I hated to interrupt his training but my plans end in the Sith ruling the galaxy, Xalek had plenty of time to train, especially if the Jedi were incapable of challenging us.
Inside the ruins I clearly saw that the building was once an armory, filled with Sith Warblades and Lightsabers amongst more primitive Vibroblades and other melee weapons. Andronikos and his team of handpicked commandos claimed to be here to secure the Tomb, but based on the missing soldier and misplaced weapons, they dealt with their resident traitor.
"Andronikos, where is my Machine?" I asked.
"In the final chamber down the main hallway, though we have troubling news." Revel responded.
"Do not leave my master in suspense, what is the news pirate?" Xalek growled threateningly.
"A infamous Jedi Knight has attacked the Base, Zavros claims that the Jedi is accompanied by a traitor." I knew instantly who Andronikos was referring to, the last thingI needed was Jedi attention.
"The Hero of Tython and Lord Scourge." I smirked "Andronikos, leave all you and your commandos would do is be a distraction, Xalek we shall confront our query near the Century Engine, with luck we will be ale to use the machine against her." Andronikos and his Commandos left via a collapsed section, safely returning to base.
"The Sith are absolute, no Jedi will stop you, master." Xalek assured me.
"I may be powerful apprentice but this Jedi is like no other, she killed the Emperor's Host."
"Yes but you defeated Khem Val, Darth Zash, Thanaton, and Revan, twice. This Jedi will fall." I laughed.
"No she won't, I will use the Century Engine to send her into a distant future, a future long after my death."
"Yes, I sense that the Jedi is approaching." Xalek activated his double-bladed orange-yellow Lightsaber, I activated my own Lightsaber, a single purple blade with a black core.
The Hero of Typhon walked in with the traitor Scourge. The Jedi wore Dark blue Knight robes with white armor, a white Mandolorian mask, covered her face, but it was widely known that she was a Miraluka. She activated both of her Lightsabers matching blue with black cores, atleast she had put some style into her weapons.
Lord Scourge was in a set of similar but heavier armor, though his was all black and his face was only covered my a breathing mask, similar to that of Darth Malgus. He was wielding a massive Vibrosword, the same model as Khem's newest toy.
"Darth Nox, you have been charged with crimes against the Galactic Republic, surrender or be defeated!" Said The Jedi Sentinel, her voice metallic from her mask.
"You should not have come here Jedi, you have only left the Republic without its iconic Knight." I blasted the Century Engine with Lightning, activating it.
The Century Engine forced a electrical vortex that began pulling The Hero of Tython and her companion in.
"No, not alone!" the Jedi Sentinel did the one thing I wasn't expecting, she Force Pushed me and Xalek into the vortex.
I felt the familiar feel of Dark Side energy then everything went black.
Well this is just the first chapter, more or less a prologue. The next chapter will be longer and it will be what really begins the story. Enjoy.
