Flow Like Water

You, the one who's lost so much,

The one who walks beside despair.

You, the one who's bound by past,

By the bitter touch of air.

Long gone are those happy times,

All that remains is now.

A century of war has waged,

But oh, to end it how?

…

You feel the fire deep within,

You sense anger burning bright.

But right now, the brightest object,

Is the moon of night.

…

That which covers most of earth,

The solid element, true.

But other emotions lurk within,

Waiting to flow through.

…

Lay out the wave of water,

Let your emotions flow.

Embrace the now, accept the past,

Through water, let it go.

…

Let water quench the raging fires,

Let water heal earth.

Let water be brother to air,

Let water sound rebirth.

…

And now, at last, release the wave,

Heal the broken North.

Let the water carry word,

"The Avatar's come forth."

A/N

Should probably specify that this was based on the "flow like water" scene in the Last Airbender movie. A.k.a. the best scene in the film because for once, no-one's talking. ;)
