"This is a cool cup." I heard someone behind me say.

I turn around and see Percy holding one of those graters that get put in the machine and look almost like cups with holes in them. "That is a grater Percy, you know to grate cheese with?" I asked very annoyed that when I was busy with building designs his common sense to decides to go on a vacation. Like it does every 5 seconds.

"It would still be a cool cup," Suddenly his face brightened, "I could make it a cup!"

"Yeah, and I could be best friends with Kelly." I said.

He looked a little mad, but then he started smiling, "Do you want to bet on it?"

I looked at him surprised that he actually thought he might win a bet, "Why would you want to bet on it, its not like you would win."

He looked at me with puppy dog eyes that he had perfected to make me melt, "Alright, if you win you can kiss me whenever you want for the next month. But if I win, no kisses for a month." A small price to pay for being right.

"Deal." He had a smug look on his face like he had a guaranteed way of beating me.

"Now, if you will excuse me I have work to do." I turned back to my computer.

"Hey Annabeth! Like my cup?" Percy was standing in front of me with the grater, he was using his water powers to contain the water in it.

"Percy! That's cheating!"

"You never said I couldn't use my powers." He said smugly.

I was so mad, "FINE! I bet you couldn't make it a cup without your powers! No kisses for 2 months!"

"Alright, then random kisses for 2 months." he didn't seem as certain, good.

When I walked into the room I groaned, Percy had a cup around the grater.

"Percy that is not fair." I was deadly calm.

"You never said it wasn't." he was grinning like the Cheshire Cat.

"No powers, no cups, 3 months."

"You got it." He did that weird thing where you point with both fingers and click your tongue. I rolled my eyes and walked away.

When I walked into the kitchen I was ready for victory. Then I saw Percy with the grater wrapped in plastic wrap. I walked away and came back 5 seconds later, "NO PLASTIC WRAP, NO CUPS! A WHOLE YEAR WITH NO KISSES!" I was seriously mad.

"But-"

I cut him off by storming away.

I was scared, Percy might have thought of another way to thwart me, well its not like I could avoid him a bet doesn't expire.

"Hey Annabeth." he was holding the grater and was using his powers.

I grinned like crazy, "I won, I won, I won"

"What are you talking about?" He looked at me like I was crazy.

"You used your powers to hold the water, that is cheating, which mans I won!"

He smiled, "Actually, you didn't say that, you said quote NO PLASTIC WRAP, NO CUPS! unquote, never no powers."

"I give up!" I fell into chair.

Percy walked over and gave me a kiss, right then I almost didn't regret losing.

"No one but us will ever know about this." I said as menacingly as I could muster.

He laughed, "Deal."
