"You know each other?" One of the students called out.
"Yeah…" Suzaku responded quietly. He looked at Lelouch for some help on an explanation, though Lelouch looked the other way as if the question wasn't directed towards him.
"Lulu knows the new guy?" Another student asked.
"Yes. Suzaku is a childhood friend." Lelouch responded calmly. He figured if others found out about his and Suzaku's past then nothing would end well. "We're friends." He repeated.
Lelouch thought about earlier when Suzaku mentioned that he'd prefer that no one found out about their relationship. The fact that they were childhood friends and that one of them is an eleven may not go over well if people knew.
"Hey, can he become part of the student council?" Lelouch asked.
"Well, since you are the vice president, I guess its okay." The current president said.
All the students left the area and talked to the current president about what her thoughts were on Lelouch wanting Suzaku to become part of the student council.
"What was that all about?" Suzaku inquired Lelouch.
"This way we can hang out without people giving us crap." Lelouch responded.
"Well maybe we should still be careful. You are royalty afterall." Suzaku explained.
Jokingly, Lelouch punched Suzaku in the arm. They laughed.
Suzaku thought about Lelouch's past. If only people knew the truth...
