Annabeth POV

Percy and I had just finished making cookies when suddenly Percy grabbed me from behind. I squealed and jumped out of his strong arms-just one of the things that made him so HOT (don't tell him I said that).

"Ahh! What the Hades Percy!"

The ground beneath us shook. I stumbled and Percy caught me. I blushed but then quickly regained myself. I could see him smirk a little at my red face. Ugh!

"I mean…what the Zeus Percy!"

Thunder rumbled from above. I fell from surprise. I looked up and there he was. I blushed (again-shoot!); I was practically on my knees worshipping him. He reached out his hand. His strong, callused hand, which had so many scars from battle. I grabbed it and he pulled me up as if I were as light as a feather, smirking. Ugh!

"What the Poseidon?" A little water splashed at me and Percy took a step forward and wiped it off.

I wouldn't give up. A daughter of Athena stays strong. I must find a god. Hey, what about my mother. "What the Athena?" Suddenly we both had headaches and Percy stumbled back away from me. Why mother! WHY!

"What the Aphrodite?" And know I had makeup and I pink showy dress on.

"What the Ares?" I was shoved back by some invisible force.

"What the Apollo?" Tons of his haiku were being recited in my head all at once.

"What the Hephaestus?" Mechanical noises were being added to the symphony in my head.

"What the Demeter?" The Corn Flakes that were sitting on the counter hit my face.

"What the Hermes?" My watch was gone from my wrist.

"What the Dionysus?" I felt drunk for like, a minute.

"What the Artemis?" An arrow appeared out of nowhere and almost hit me.

"Forget it! I give up!" I shouted, frustrated. Then I realized that Percy hadn't said anything this whole time. I looked at him. He was staring right at me. But not really at my eyes…

"Percy! What the _ ! My eyes are up here, Seaweed Brains!" He blushed and looked away, then smirked as he kept checking me out. Aphrodite! Ugh! Percy seemed to think differently, though.

"You know, I am really loving Aphrodite right now…"

"Percy! I-"

I was cut off by a kiss.
