Jaykit was only a few days old, but her sister Tigerkit opened her eyes already but Jaykit did not. Her sister poked her "Jaykit open your eyes! Sagefall won't let me go outside until you've opened your eyes!" Tigerkit mewed poking me again. "She'll open her eyes when she's ready, Tigerkit" Sagefall mewed, 'Yes, when i'm ready' She thought. "Tigerkit, Stop pestering your sister! She's not ready yet! Go play with Sunfeather's kits!" Sagefall mewed. My sister fell asleep on top of me and i opened my eyes, even though I couldn't see yet, I knew my sister's and mother's scents. "Tigerkit wake up" I mewed to her, and she immediately woke up. She ran over Sagefall and I did too but a big paw held the tip of my tail to the ground so I couldn't go forward. "Where are you going?" Sagefall mewed and I turned around and said "I'm going out of the den and into the camp." and Sagefall nodded and Tigerkit and me ran out of the den tumbling around and we bumped into a big grey warrior "watch where you're going!" He spat. "Sorry…" Tigerkit said, Tigerkit was scared but I wasn't. "How about you not be in the way!" I mewed grumpily, and turned and walked away, Tigerkit behind me.
