N/A: This is just something I wrote for fun, it's based off a dream I had so it's going to be very fantasy. I'm not the best writer in the world, so please no flamer (I'm fragile) but I do like constructive criticism. Please R/R, also tell me about your stories, I would love to read them in return. Enjoy.

It was about 1:30 in the morning and Allison had just come back from going out with friends. She on her computer checking her email, and had hoped she had gotten a reply from the summer camp that she wanted to work at that summer but no such luck. That or maybe she couldn't read properly, she was after all, a little bit tipsy.

It was Friday night, why would a normal 16-year-old girl be out with her friends, doing normal stuff like drinking and smoking. It wasn't like Allison was an alcoholic or a chain smoker, it was just fun to be able to let go on the weekends and be a totally different person. At school she had to keep up a pretense of little miss goody two shoes, but on Friday nights, she brought out her black eye liner and low shirts. Allison wasn't bad looking it's just during the week she wore nice shirts and nice jeans. She liked to look proper at school, she had blonde hair that went about 4 inched past her shoulders, she was about 5'4", a normal weight but slightly athletic. Her most interesting feature was her eyes, they were a blue is shade but they would change colour. It would depend on things such as what she was wearing or how she was feeling. For example, if she were upset they would be bright blue, if she was tired they would be grey, or if she were happy they would be aqua.

Allison was also a genuinely nice person but sometimes she held too much in, she could have been more forward in certain situations, but that's what Fridays were for. She lived with her parents in a nice house. Both her parents were scientists for a big company which produced pharmaceuticals, most of the time she was alone in the house, she didn't mind they bought her things to keep her busy. She had her own computer, television, cell phone, iPod, digital camera, and her own credit card. She didn't mind all the presents either. Her parents knew about the Friday nights and they were fine with it as long as she kept her grades up and didn't do something stupid. Basically she was spoiled but she knew that once she was out of high school that she would have to work hard.

Her parents strongly supported Allison in her conquest, such as her dream to be trilingual. She was fluent in French, and English, and progressing very well in her Spanish. She also did four types of dance, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern. As well was playing soccer and being on the swimming team.

The one aspect that Allison let her parents down on was her love of fantasy. Many people thought that Allison had an amazing life, but she couldn't help but want to live somewhere else like Hogwarts. It would be amazing to be able to learn magic, to have that power within you it would be unimaginable. Her parents, being scientist, thought that she should stop daydreaming and come back to normal life. Allison couldn't help herself.

So she finished checking her email and was IM-ing one of her friends when her computer screen started to glow. This wasn't the normal screen glow this was different. It was brighter and blue instead of the normal white. It took over the screen, so Allison couldn't email her friend anymore. The glow was getting stronger and bigger; it was almost blinding her now. Then it stopped, the screen was bright blue but it wasn't glowing anymore. Allison peered forward to see what was up with the screen, and then it came back. This time when the glowing disappeared so did Allison.
