Well, here it is, my attempt at a Fairly Oddparents story!

Chapter 1:

Selected!

"Alright! Cosmo! Wanda! Do you know what today is?" Timmy Turner asked excitedly.

"Ooo! Is it 'Wear a Paper Bag Over Your Head Day?'" Cosmo asked, putting a paper grocery sack over his head. "Look! I'm Chester's dad!"

"Nope." Timmy said. " It's the Monday that marks two weeks until school's out! No more homework for two months!"

"And best of all, you won't have to put up with Crocker anymore!" Wanda pointed out.

"I am so ready for this! I'm going think of some awesome wishes to make this summer the best summer ever!" Timmy exclaimed.

"Just don't overdo it, Timmy." Wanda warned.

"C'mon! I'm not that dumb!"

Wanda sighed. "Remember supertoilet?"

Cosmo shuddered. "So…much…clogging!"

"Don't worry, I'll be careful!" Timmy assured her.

Cosmo and Wanda exchanged worried glances.

Suddenly, there was a loud poof. Towering over them was Jorgen Von Strangle, the lead fairy of Fairy World.

"Cosmo, Wanda, you have been selected-"

"Yay! We've been selected!" Cosmo interrupted. He paused. "Selected for what?"

Jorgen rolled his eyes. "You have been selected to train a student from the Fairy Academy!"

"Oh! An apprentice! I remember my apprenticeship!" Cosmo said with a smile. "That was when I sunk Atlantis!"

"I still don't know how you passed the exam." Jorgen muttered.

"Neither do I!" Cosmo exclaimed.

Jorgen cleared his throat. "Never mind. I'm here to introduce you to your new FIT."

"Umm…what's a FIT?" Timmy asked.

"It's a Fairy In Training." Wanda explained.

There was another, smaller poof next to Jorgen. A young, violet haired fairy appeared.

"This is Rina, your new FIT. Now, make with the teaching. I have a cooking class to get to." There was another loud poof and Jorgen was gone.

Wanda, Cosmo, and Timmy turned to Rina.

Wanda introduced herself. "I'm Wanda, and this is my husband, Cosmo." She pointed to Cosmo. "And our godchild, Timmy." She motioned to Timmy.

Rina waved her wand in a fancy flourish. "And like Jorgen said, I'm Rina."

"So, when does your training start?" Timmy asked.

Wanda patted Rina on the shoulder. "Right now!"
