ATTENTION EVERYONE! I'll be briefly breaking my Hiatus and having a Halloween contest. I'll be posting Halloween themed stories, horror themed, or one's that end with a cliff-hanger! The story that gets the most reviews, will be the one I update on Halloween!(and maybe a few other surprises. heh. heh.)

Grumpy ran into the throne room! "It's coming! The Evil Queen's curse! It's coming! They have to go now!"

Snow White brushes a tear from her eye...but nods. She hands her newborn child to her closest friend...Rose Quartz.

Rose gives her a reassuring hug. "Don't worry. We'll protect her until it's time for her to break the curse."

Snow smiled, ever since the Crystal Gems came into their lives so many years ago...it had been one crazy adventure after another...next to letting her child go...seeing them leave was the hardest thing she's had to do.

Rose looked over to the magic wardrobe...that had been hybridized with Gem tech. "How is it?" She asked?

Pearl and the blue fairy frowned. "It took some doing...but Emma will be safe...but it's too unstable for any other human to try...only Gems will be able to survive.

Rose nods. Gives one last goodbye to her friends...and finally, after all these years...heads back to earth...with Emma in tow...

…...10 years later...

BOOM!

The Crystal Gems, Greg and little Emma fell to the ground incapacitated. And were forced to watch helplessly as a monster came in to steal Roses newly born son...Steven.

"YOU!" Gasps out Pearl, recognizing the monster that sent them to the Enchanted forest so many years ago.

"ME." Says Slenderman with a smile as he swipes up Steven and vanishes in a puff of smoke...leaving a now even more broken family behind...

….The next day...

Regina affectionately plays with Steven happily. "Thank you, you don't know what this means to me!" She exclaims.

The adoption agency executive; Stanley Lenderman simply smirked. "My dear...seeing the two of you together...is all the thanks I'll ever need..."

AN: I know it says "in-progress" but really I just don't like boxing myself into a corner. For now this is more of a one-shot that I might continue one day...but probably won't.

But, hey. Feel free to use whatever elements you want from this, if you want! Or maybe give me ideas?
