A Mew Mew Valentine
As leader of the Tokyo Mew Mews, Zoey fought to protect her loved ones. Mark was a great boyfriend, that was, until he broke up after it was found out that Deep Blue was still alive and was about to emerge after months of being dormant due to suffering a severe attack at Mark's hands.
Zoey was distraught, but understood. Seeing how the Cyniclon leader was embedded in his DNA, she knew he would be too dangerous to keep around. So, after studying endangered species in Europe with Mark, Zoey returned to Japan to help the Mews, who were joined by Felicia, to stop the Saint Rose Crusaders from taking over the world and reshaping it into their own utopia.
Then, one day, Deep Blue finally returned, and the Mew rushed over to where he was.
"It is so good to be back as leader, but I wish Mark would let me help him if he did become Deep Blue again," Mew Ichigo said as she was walking.
"Mew Ichigo, look out!" Mew Berry yelled when the pink Mew ran into the back of the strange man.
"I heard of running towards trouble, but to have it run into me, that's new," the boy said as he turned around. He was a male with black hair, and wearing a red sleeveless shirt, black pants with flames on them, and black boots with red buckles.
"Sorry. My mind was distracted on personal issues." Mew Ichigo said as she bowed.
"It's okay. People always bump into me whether it's a movie deal or just to chat. I forgive you. Besides, it was an accident." the boy said as he helped Mew Ichigo up.
"Thanks, whoever you are," Mew Ichigo said, shocked to see that the boy had wolf ears and a tail. "You are a Mew?"
"Yeah, I am. I came here after seeing you guys in the news just to see if we had similar powers. As you can see, I have the ears and tail of a red wolf, and the abilities of one." The boy said as the others came.
"Hey, Mew Ichigo, who are you talking to?" Mew Pudding said as she kept bouncing around.
"I don't know, Mew Pudding, maybe if you...," Mew Ichigo said as the boy walked away.
"Was it something I said?" Mew Pudding asked.
"Hold on, guys, I know we can trust him," Mew Zakuro said.
"Wait, what makes you think we can trust him?" Mew Minto asked.
"Because he is my twin brother," Mew Zakuro replied.
The next day, the girls were in Cafe Mew Mew as they got dressed for the day. In the lab, Renee was coming in to see Elliot while he was with the boy from the day before and two Cyniclons.
"So, you're telling me you are an alien from another planet, yet you can become some sort of weasel man," the boy said with amazement.
"Yep, and when Deep Blue came back, he chased me out. Thankfully, Darcy began a resistance movement ever since his true colors were shown." The alien replied.
"Yeah, and I am the rightful heir to the throne on our home world," Darcy added.
"I see you made a new friend," Renee said as she walked in.
"Oh, Renee, it's been a while. I apologize that I could not have stayed last night." The boy said with a smile.
"You recognized me in my Mew form? You do remember me, Jarred!" Renee happily said as the two shared a hug.
"Well, I knew there was a connection between you two when Jarred told me about his family," Elliot said as he looked over at Renee.
"So, you two chatted?" Renee asked as Zoey came down.
"Yes, and I was amazed with your brother. It seems his DNA is perfectly compatible with the red wolf DNA that was accidentally shot into him." Elliot said with a slight smile.
"Accidentally?" Jarred asked.
"Yeah, it's a funny story. I was cleaning the laser, and I forgot that it was still loaded with two Red Data DNA, Red Wolf and Weasel. So what happened was I accidentally hit a button, and it fired both sets of DNA." Elliot said, amused with himself.
"Well, at least, it also explains Krod's weasel attributes," Jarred said with a certain look on his face.
Later, Elliot told Zoey to help Jarred get acquainted with his powers. Jarred just moved back to Tokyo from Los Angeles. Soon, Mew Ichigo and Jarred, who was transformed and given the codename Mew Kiba, were looking at the sunset on the rooftop.
"Isn't it a beautiful sunset, Mew Kiba?" Mew Ichigo asked.
"Yeah. I must admit, the sun looks better here than it did in L.A.," Mew Kiba replied.
"Man, and I just remembered it's Valentine's Day. I never got me a new boyfriend." Mew Ichigo said with a sigh, looking down.
"You had a boyfriend, and you broke up with him? Did you two fight or something?" Mew Kiba asked.
"No, he did it to protect me. He was Deep Blue." Mew Ichigo replied.
"Wow, that must be hard, and I feel sorry for you," Mew Kiba said as he hugged Mew Ichigo.
"Oh, Kiba, you understand the pain I'm in," Mew Ichigo said as she hugged him back, crying happily while Mew Zakuro was watching.
"You know, Ichigo, Kiba is also single and has never found love," Mew Zakuro said.
"Sis, you were spying on us," Mew Kiba said as he looked up at his sister.
"Hey, it's been a long time since we separated to become big stars. I wanted to spend time with my little brother." Mew Zakuro said, smiling.
"So, Mew Kiba, I was wondering, since you were kind and understanding, maybe you could be my new boyfriend," Mew Ichigo uneasily asked.
"Sure. You are a sweet cat girl, and I have never had a girl confess her love to me," Mew Kiba said, smiling.
"Yeah, I know we only met last night, but when I look into your eyes, I can see your heart," Mew Ichigo said as the two hugged. That day, a love was kindled. The love of Zoey Hansen and Jarred Roberts, or known to the world as Mew Ichigo and Mew Kiba
