For a moment, Graham watches in amusement as the two women go at it, Regina surprisingly initiating the fight with a sucker punch the Emma's face. Only when the blonde pins Regina to the mausoleum wall after returning the punch does he intervene, not wanting the fight to escalate to serious injuries. He pulls Emma off of the brunette, a wild, angry yell clawing its way out of his deputy's throat.
"Emma, if you want to go out with me, all you have to do is ask." He says cheekily.
"Are you out of your mind? Your hands have been all over that thing." Emma points to Regina. "No thank you."
"You wish you were touching anything I have touched!" The brunette shoots back.
"That coming from the sociopath!"
"Ladies, please." Graham cuts in. "There's no need to fight over me."
"There is no fight cause I don't care. She can have you." Emma says.
"Did Regina give you a concussion? The argument you guys were having –because I broke up with her for you– went to blows. You were fighting over me. Luckily for you, I have a solution."
"Oh? And what's that?" Regina asks.
"A threesome." He says smugly, arms crossed and lips curled in a smirk. At the women's silence, he elaborates, "Here's how I see it. You both want to have sex with me, and the whole town's been betting on if you two will have sex before or after New Year's Eve, and I would very much like to have sex with both of you –and at the same time would be amazing. So it's a win-win-win situation. There's also the perk of me winning the bet and five hundred bucks."
"I'm not sure if I should punch you in the face or rip your clothes off right now." Emma says.
"I vote for the latter." Regina begins tugging at Graham's jacket.
"I meant at my house! You know, where it's warm." He gently pushes the mayor off.
"I'll drive." Emma snatches the keys to the cruiser from Graham's pocket.
