The Black Noire

It was here in Pacific City that the Black Noire has made his appearance and saved us all from corruption.
No one knows who he is and why he saved us. We only know that he moves in the shadow of night, with a black cowl, a large black leather trench coat with matching black leather gloves, and giant emo army boots. His arsenal of gadgets include two hidden blades that can be used after a flick of a wrist, double - wielding Glocks, a rumored Dragonov for sniping situations, a gas mask, flash bang bombs, Nova gas bombs, ballistic knives, and anything else that can be bought on the black market.
Before the Black Noire arrived, Pacific City was in chaos. It still is, but now it is better than it was before. Criminals roamed the city as if they were animals in wild habitats.
It got even worse when Niles Gretcher, or, as he calls himself now, Hot Head, decided to be a volunteer test subject at Iron Fist Corporations for an experiment to make humans invulnerable to flames. The experiment worked…thus creating a psychopath.
If only we knew of the Black Noire's past like this.
