Regina walked into her office staring at the stack of paper work that needed to be done. She just came back yesterday from her first camping trip that Henry and Emma had forced her to go on. Although she spent her younger years in the enchanted forest, She couldn't quite fathom the urge for people to live out in the woods. With no plumbing and dirt everywhere, she never thought she would enjoy the tree canopy. But luckily Emma had brought some comforts of home with them on the camping trip.
Regina surprisingly enjoyed the trip. She enjoyed sitting by the campfire cooking s'mores over the heavy flame. Henry had insisted that he and his mother cooked the delicious dessert's on sticks found in the woods but luckily Emma had brought a metal s/more stick for Regina to use knowing that Regina would not eat off the bacteria ridden pieces off the forest floor.
The former queen walked to her desk and stared at all the paperwork knowing it would take days to complete. One article on her mahogany desk caught her attention though. It wasn't a bill that wanted to be passed or an organization asking for more money. It was a plain white envelope with just two words on it. LITTLE SISTER.
Zelena descended the staircase towards Regina with a bastardly smirk on her face. "You are the only one I need alive." she is now a mere inch away from Regina now staring her down making the Evil Queen feel like a small bug backing her into the corner of the garden.
No one makes the Evil Queen feel scared or small. "Really?" Regina sputters out. "Why's that?" She smiles while looking up at this green...thing. It's strange how this 'woman' could be related to the Evil Queen.
The smile on Zelena's face seems to grow with the question asked her. Her eyes glowing with joy from watching other people's pain. The look that Regina knew and gave to many times to count. "Because I am going to take everything away from you."
Regina's mind leads back to Daniel and how she saw her mother crush his heart right in front of her. It then jumps to her father who she killed in order to enact the curse. Then last but not least, it jumps to Henry. Her son that she loves so much; her son that doesn't even remembers her. "To late." she tries to get out without letting her 'sister' hear the sadness in her voice. "I've already lost everything that matters." Regina wants to look down to not let Zelena see the sadness in her eyes, but she wont let Zelena win something as easy as a staring contest. The Evil Queen never loses any battle.
The Wicked Witch's smile grows bigger almost unnaturally so. She shakes her head at Regina. "No Regina, You havent lost anything yet."
