Kamiya Dojo (Normal POV)
It was pretty calm at the Kamiya Dojo after they defeated Shishio and his gang. Sano was just normally gambling with his friends and Yahiko was cleaning the dojo since it was his punishment. Megumi was with the doctor in the clinic as usual. Kaoru is taking a break with Kenshin, who both are drinking tea.
"Tss. Yahiko really deserve that punishment." Kaoru said with a huff.
Kenshin just sweat dropped. "But isn't that too much..?" He said.
"Actually, that isn't really going to cover it all after he accidentally saw me naked and laughed!" Kaoru said, her face already red with anger and embarrassment.
"C-calm down Kaoru-dono." Kenshin said as he look at Kaoru who looks like she was going to burst.
"How could I c-." Kaoru said but was cut off when Kenshin held her shoulder. She blushed at the contact.
"See? Calm down." Kenshin said and smiled. Kaoru nodded.
"O-okay." She muttered.
"Miss Kaoru." Kenshin said after sipping.
"Um yeah?" She said.
"Please close your eyes." Kenshin said with a warm smile.
Kaoru closed her eyes. 'What is he planning to do?' She thought.
"What do you see?" He asked.
'The hell is with that dumb question.' Kaoru thought.
"Uhm. Darkness." She said with a 'duh' tone.
"That's my life without you." Kenshin said.
Kaoru opened her eyes and looked at his smiling face with wide eyes.
"Really...?" She asked with a really shocked tone.
"Yes." Kenshin said and Kaoru hugged him and gave a peck on the cheek.
"Me too Kenshin."
