Simon woke up in a cold sweat, he had another nightmare about kamina. he walked slowly down to the mess hall. he saw that someone was in the fridge getting food, it was the only light on Simon was scared it might be a beast man "H-hello?" no answer, the person just rummaged some more. he then went over and grabbed the fridge door and slammed it against the persons side "Oww!" cried Yoko as she fell. Simmons eyes went wide "Y-Yoko?" she pulled her ear buds out "What the hell Simon!" Simon looked at her "I'm so sorry i- i didn't mean it i thought you were a beast man . Yoko put her hands on her hips "Oh right, cuz i look sooo hairy" Simon reached his hand out but she swatted it away and hauled her self up with the counter. "I'm sorry Yoko, i really didnt mean to-" Yoko sighs "Its okay"
"what are you doing down here anyway?" Yoko blushed "I was getting a snack" Simon looked at her "Didn't you eat dinner?" she looked down "i uh... skipped dinner, i wasn't that hungry" they both laughed and then ate. Yoko looked at Simon. "Sorry" Simon paused and looked up "For what?" Yoko looked at him "For waking you up " he shook his head "oh no you didn't i had a dream..." she blinks "What dream?, Simon are you alright?" he sighs "Don't worry about it, there's nothing you can do anyways" as he begins to walk away she says "well Simon, if you need to talk you can always-" "I'M FINE!" he shouts making her Jump, thus falling off the counter and hitting her head. Simon immediately regrets it "Yoko im so sorry i" she looks at him fighting tears "JUST GO SIMON!" he sighs and goes back to his room "good job Simon, you really messed up
the next day simon went to breakfast and found her in the mess hall "Yoko " she didn't even look at him as she walked by "yoko please , i just want to appologise" she set her tra down and got in his face "Well next time maybe you should think about that before yelling at someone who tries to help you!" she then crosses her arms and turns around "your right i was wrong to yell at you like that , and i'm really sorry" she turns around and hugs him "Its okay simon, but can you say whats wrong?" he looks at her "maybe later" , he begins walking away and she stops him "No simon tell me now" he sighs "Its not as simple as that though" she looks into his eyes pleading "Simon please if there's something i can do, please tell me" he sighs "yoko its nothing i dont want you to worry" she smiled at him "it's kinda too late for me not to worry simon, we've been through too much" she gives him a wink and then he looks up at her "I'm leaving the dai gurren"
