I own nothing
The wind blew through my hair as I walked down the stone staircase, the sound of my feet echoed and bounced of the walls, alerting those in the room of my presence.
"Why brother, you dare not invite me to a party, one especially with such deep meaning?" A smile tugged across my lips as I stare at Thor's dumbstruck face.
A rumbling noise erupted from my chest, turning into a deep chuckle, soon to be joined by the thunderous laughter of Thor.
"Loki, how could I forget you! My dearest brother, you would have been dearly missed if you were not here." His eyes were downcast towards me, guilt filling them although the smile stayed on his face, something to please the guests I assume.
"Do not force me to be kind to you brother, even though there are many faces. The people in this room know of your mischief and will understand dearly." Thor's face was masked by his hair as her frowned down upon me.
"Do not worry brother, as I have not come here to cause any harm, purely to enjoy a small party." Thor's eyes widened at what I had just said, uncertainty lingered in his body language and I assumed he had seen the mischievous glint in my eyes.
Thor continued to stare at me for a few seconds more, before grunting and pushing me away, his thick hands giving enough pressure that I stumbled and grabbed at anything for support. My hand latched onto fabric, tugging it as I fell. A gasp followed and the body of a woman fell on top of me.
"I must apologise for my clumsiness, my lady, I hope I have caused you know harm?" A small blush spread across the woman's pale face, framed by thick brown hair.
"No, I think I am quite fine and well, thank you." Her palm fit into my hand as I help her back up. So delicate and soft to touch.
A smile spread across my face,
"Care for a dance?"
