as always everyone loves the Powerpuff Girls, no matter their age, Well mabye not everyone, But after years of being pummeled, humilated and otherwise getting their handed to them, all the old villains left, especially the Smith family, man I don't like them, you can't just want to be a super villain! and I should know I tried...going off topic! anyway life in Townsville couldn't be better, but it was about to get very bad.
switch to the RowdyRuff Boys, who are actually in this story, Brick,Boomer and Butch are also teens in this. they apear as a cross between their teen selves from that one episode and their reincarnated appearance.
Brick was throwing a ball against the wall of a store, he was thinking about something, but even I don't know what it is, mabye he was thinking about Blossom in-

Boomer was playing with a bunch of insects along with Butch who aparently was enjoying himself.

Butch: Face the power of my Crab, got him from the ocean!
Brick half shouting from around the corner: Crabs aren't insects!
Butch: Damn(picks up Crab) Then what am I suppose to do with this.
Butch tossed the crab away as he found it useless. and it landed in some toxic waste barrels, okay Who was in charge of those things? we may never know as the toxic waste made the crab grow to ginormous size!
Meanwhile downtown in the Mayors house...
The Mayor is still alive, I'd explain it but its long and boring. he basically stays the same age through out this story and beyond, lets just say it has something to do with Chemical X and a Discovery made by the profesor.
