A/N; I'm a little caught up in my mind, hopefully this'll make you's happy. I originally put this on tumblr but I thought it should be here too.

Regina walked into the diner, looking for the blonde that text her asking if they could meet up.

Smiling at the people who smiled in greeting at her, Emma waved her over from a booth towards the back and beamed the perfect smile that made the brunettes heart flutter.

'I have to tell her how I feel' Regina thought as she walked over to the blonde.

"Hi Regina, how you doing? You good? Good, cause I was kinda wondering if you'd maybe like to probably go out with me tonight?" Emma rushed out as Regina got within an inch from the table.

Regina stood there shocked, allowing the blondes words to process before she licked her lips and looked at Emma with a smile.

"Pick me up at 7:30." Regina husked and walked back out of the diner, a small smile settling on her lips remained there for the rest of the day.

Emma knocked on the door as soon as her phone showed it was 7:25, she was wearing her usual knee high lace-ups as well as a simple white dress that stopped just short of the top of her knees. Her hair pulled into a neat ponytail, she even put on minimal make-up. 'A lil somethin-somethin to impress Regina.' she thought when she did it earlier that night.

Not even a full minute after she knocked, Emma jumped slightly as the door opened. She looked ahead then her eyes dropped.

"Hey kid, s'your mum home?" Emma asked Henry who just started at her.

"Muuuuum, Emma's here!" Henry yelled out and turned once more, walking back into the lounge room before the comical voice of Dory could be heard.

"Es-Cup-Aye" Emma chuckled lightly as she stood in the doorway of the lounge room, watching 'Finding Nemo' with Henry, as she clutched a bouquet of lilies in her hand before the sound of a throat clearing made her spin quickly.

"Hi, wow, woah, these are for you." Emma said, stepping closer to the brunette and kissing her cheek. "You look… Stunning, as always." Emma complimented, her eyes taking in the beautiful woman before her.

Regina wore a simple black dress that stopped mid-thigh and a pair of heels to match. Her hair lightly fluffed and her makeup light but still noticeable.

"Thank you, you look.. Like a girl." Regina teased, taking the flowers and featuring for Emma to follow her to the kitchen so she could put flowers in the water.

Emma stopped their walk smiling softly at the brunette. "I'm glad you convinced me to wear flats, Dear. But why are we in the woods?" Regina asked.

Emma pushed aside a few branches then gestured for Regina to go ahead.

Regina stepped forward and smiled at the view of the town lit up and she turned to Emma with a softer smile.

"I take it you like it?" Emma smiled.

"I do, tonight has been amazing, thank you." Regina said, relaxing happily as Emma put her arm around Regina's waist.

Settling against the blonde, Regina let out a happy sigh.

"I'm still amazed you can cook."

"To be truthful, I used to work in a pizza shop, that's where the idea to do it ourselves came from." Emma kissed the top of Regina's head, smiling as she heard the brunette chuckle.

"It was nice, tonight, us, this."

"But?" Emma prompted.

"But-" Regina hesitated.

Emma just lifted Regina's chin and kissed her softly.

"No 'Buts' please" Emma whispered.

Regina nodded. "No 'Buts'." she murmured before kissing the blonde once more.

A/N; I don't know where I wanted that to go, I was bored, it's a one-shot. I'm done, I shall try to work on my other story(s) now.
