Ages ago there lived the kingdom of Kanto, the kingdom of people and pokemon living in harmony. In the kingdom the people and the anthropomorphic (Humanlike) pokemon, worked in fair share to keep the land in peace and please the seven gods. They were not afraid of the gods, because they were mostly peace loving and wise.
Brock: The god of the stone
Misty: The goddess of the water
Surge: The god of the thunder and lightning
Erika: The goddess of the plants and vines
Sabrina: The goddess of the thought
Koga: The god of the night
Blaine: The god of the fire
But once there was an eighth god, Giovanni the god of temptation and greed. He was an evil god. He often enslaved the pokemon and tempted the people to do the same. He unleashed disease and caused chaos. Once the other seven gods were aware of his cruelty they banded together and used there powers to seal him under the earth.
After this the kingdom eventually recovered from the torment, and marked that day as "Seven Gods day" and threw a festival to thank the seven gods, and celebrate what they thought was the death of the eight god. The people believed they would forever be free of Giovanni. But although he was sealed away he was not destroyed, only under the earth, waiting, and hating the people and pokemon above for his punishment.
But 200 years later…
A young Pikachu princess named Phylicia and a peasant human named Ash find out that they have been chosen by the gods to face an evil that will change there world as they know it. This is there story.
