"M'gann? Are you okay?" I asked walking into her room only to see her tear stained face look up at me. "Oh god, what did he do to you?" I walked into her room sitting myself on her bed. She turned and lunged at me crying into my chest. I hesitantly wrapped my arms around her, I mean its not like everyone just cries on my shoulder after something happens no one is that comfortable around me.

"He-he kissed him and-and-" her words were useless with her crying. I mean understanding any more than that was hard it sounded like something I didn't need to hear or even think of. "H-he and A-Aqualad k-kissed!" Her sobs became worse as she squeezed me around the waist.

"Oh, I'll get him for that. Conner can't do that to you! It's disrespectful and terrible!" I told her tightening my hold on her. 'I can't believe him, I didn't even know they like each other. I'm going to hurt that boy! He can't do this to her.' M'gann shook her head.

"T-they don't k-know I saw!" she said putting her hands on my shoulders trying to convince me not to hurt the both of them. "Please, they don't want anyone to know. I heard them say that before…" she looked down and wiped her eyes. 'I swear I will get him, I don't care what M'gann tries to do she can't stop me.' I looked down at her, her brown eyes staring into mine. 'God why are her eyes so memorizing.'

"Please I-I don't, I have been kind of over him but I guess not all the way." She looked away from me a blush creeping onto her cheeks. 'Why do I have to fall for people who are always taken?' I wondered but shoved the thought out of my head immediately and focused back on M'gann.

"Well, that's good I guess." I looked down and unwrapped my arms from around her. 'I guess my chance has passed,' I thought looking around her room. Her things were placed so neat, wait was that my broken arrow on her nightstand? I looked at more of her things to see it was the only thing from anyone on our team in her room. 'What is my arrow doing in her room? It looks so out of place,' I turned back to her to see her staring back at me her cheeks aflame.

"I uh, wanted to fix it for you. I thought you might want to use it again," she said looking away her blushing becoming darker.

"Aw crap, have you been reading my mind this whole time?" I asked looking at her. M'gann's eyes flashed to mine and away again.

"Y-yes, I'm sorry please don't be mad at me! I just wanted to make sure you weren't going to hurt them and I umm," she stuttered out blush still on her face.

"Well, I'm sorry I didn't want you to know that I liked you I just-" I was cut off by M'gann's lips on mine. I pulled away out of pure shock, I didn't want to but it was just my reaction.

"I'm sorry! I just, I like you too." M'gann said leaning away from me a little. I slowly realized what just happened. 'M'gann just kissed me. Me.' I looked at her and wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her close to my body. "I-I thought you-"

"I love you; I just was a little surprised you felt the same way." I pulled her into a kiss trying hard not to smile out of pure happiness. I felt her arms around my neck as the kiss deepened. I slowly pushed her down on her bed as my tongue slid across her lip.

"A-Artemis," she pulled away from the kiss, "Please not now." I nodded and sat up pulling her with me. "I'm sorry, its just I thought I heard-" she was cut off by a knock on the door.

"M'gann are you in there? We have another mission." Robin said through the door.

"O-ok!" M'gann said trying to pull my hand off of her waist so she could stand, but I pulled her back so my lips could meet hers.

"I love you," I said hoping the blush on my face was not as bright red as it felt.

"I love you too." M'gann leaned down and kissed me smiling. She pulled my up off the bed and we exited her room.
