It Had To Be Him
Elena didn't know what to think.
Of course, she loved Stefan. I mean, he was sweet, cute, and madly in love with her. But she also loved Damon.
Damon… The first time she'd met him, she thought he was one of those guys. And of course she'd been right. Life was so easy for him! Every time he wanted something, all he had to do was ask, and most of the time he didn't even have to compel people.
He was arrogant, selfish, and cruel. Of course the obvious choice was Stefan! He'd been there for her through the good and rough patches, always at her side as her loyal companion. But then again, so had Damon.
She couldn't think of one time when she'd felt down where she was alone. Since she'd met them, the Salvatore brothers had always been there for her, each one expressing his affection for her in his own way. They were so perfect, and that's why this choice was so hard to make! Why couldn't they just be one person? But no, they had to be brothers, because otherwise her life wouldn't be hard enough.
And it had all come to this day, the day where she simply couldn't putt of the fact that she was in love with emboth /emof them any longer. She did know what the answer had to be, deep down in her heart.
She knew who she truly longed for. It had to be him
It had to be Damon.
