My True Love
One spring day the birds are chirping and the sun was luminous. Taichi a high school soccer star knew this was the day. It was the day he would tell his best friend, Sora, that he is really in love with her. As he was walking to school he noticed that he was nervous.
"What is wrong brother?", his younger sister asked.
"Oh it is nothing." He responded calmly.
Both walked into the school area and then Taichi knew it was she. He looked at her while she was sitting and talking to her friends on the tennis team. He watched them giggle, smile, and laugh. Then her friends left, leaving Sora sitting by herself. He noticed her light brown hair and she was wearing the hair clip that he got for her birthday. Taichi walked over; in his ordinarily fashion.
"Hey Sora!" he said happily, like it was a normal day
"Hello Taichi" she looked nervous.
"Sora I need to tell you tha--" he said then his other best friend Yamato walked over. "Hey Yamato! How are you?" uttered Taichi. Yamato said hi to his good friend. Then he said to Sora, "I will meet you later, after my band performance. Ok?". Sora said "All right!". Then Yamato said "Bye Sora." and gave her a hug. As Taichi watched he felt his heart rip in two. His soul and heart was in despair and confusion. Sora turned back around to Taichi, and said with a cheerful smile on her face "What is it you are going to tell me?". Taichi stood cold for a minute, "Yamato is never that close to a friend.," he thought to himself. Then Taichi looked at Sora and asked, "Sora are you and Yamato dating?", asked Taichi looking gloomy and sulky. Sora looked at Taichi surprised, "Oh no! Taichi. I forgot to tell you. I feel so bad and you are my dearest friend. Yes, Yamato and I are dating. I have not told anyone yet. Actually, most of the girls have noticed it. Probably because Yamato is very popular."
Taichi told her that it is good and he is proud of her for going out. Then he walked away. "Still she does not have a clue about my love," thought Taichi. Then pictures rushed through his head. He remembered the first time he met her. They were four years old, it was their first soccer practice, Sora fell and then cried, and Taichi helped her up. That was the first time Taichi fell in love and he is still in love with her. In classes all he could feel is the pain he had since the morning. He looked out the window, the sunny and bright day turned into a cold and rainy day. The dark and gloomy day was inside Taichi's lonely heart.
As he strolled home he heard Sora at her tennis practice. "Good job girls" she said. He kept on walking on until he was near the primary school soccer field. There he saw a little blonde haired boy helping up a black haired little girl during their soccer practice. At that moment he remembered his first love, his true love, Sora.
