And here's another one-shot! I actually think this is the last completed one saved in my email drafts. Yay! This is set after Enemy of My Enemy, so yeah, it's in Karai's POV. I don't own anything! Let me know if you liked it, have criticism, or just a comment! Enjoy!
Title: Betrayal Comes Back Around
Rating: K+
This was all her fault. Karai didn't know why Leonardo bothered her so much. After all, he was just a distraction from her true mission; to defeat the turtles and find their sensei, Splinter. But, there seemed to be something else that kept holding her back. His bright blue eyes would always lit up whenever they sparred; he constantly challenged her to battle at new heights. He was unlike any man -or turtle- that she'd met before.
She supposed she had it coming. After all, one day she really was going to have to destroy him. She still didn't know why she kept pushing the inevitable back.
But that was before. Now she had sworn her full allegiance with Shredder; she was a total enemy with the turtles now.
Who knew? Maybe it would have been different if she hadn't betrayed his trust the first time at that TCRI building. Karai was ashamed at having left them to deal with her mess.

-Flashback-
"I trusted you!" Leonardo howled, his blue eyes wide and flashing with hurt.
"I know! That's messed up, right?" Karai hoisted the Kraang robot skeleton on her back and flipped out the window, leaving the 'good guys' to fight the mutant she created.
-
But Leonardo had repaid the favor.
-
-Flashback-
"I thought you were better than this. I thought you were my friend, how could you betray me? Your just as short-sided and obessed as Shredder!" Karai cried out as she attacked Leo.
"You said yourself how bad Shredder is. Why are you protecting him? You said he's driving you crazy!" Leo hissed, bringing up his swords to defend himself.
"He drives me crazy because he's my father!" She said that as if it was clear as day.
"Your father? Shredder's your father?! You're Shredder's daughter?" Leo shrieked.
-
She feels what Leo felt when she betrayed him the first time, and it is not a feeling she is EVER going to deal with again.
She's sure of it.
Yeah, I know it's short. I was really just experimenting with Karai's POV. And if you see any grammatical errors, feel free to let me know, so I can fix them! I'm editing it on my phone, so some may have been missed. Have a good week!
