Blaine sighed, looking at the surprise blizzard blowing fiercely outside the window. "Well, this is no good."
Kurt set his cell down, shaking his head. "Carol is with my dad at the shop and Finn is staying over at Puck's. Dad said for you to stay tonight, since it's too dangerous to drive." He smirked slightly. "Though I'm to lock myself in my room and you're supposed to sleep on the couch."
Blaine laughed, turning and tugging Kurt to him. "Yeah, but I get so cold at night. Who will keep me warm?" He fluttered his eyelashes.
"Well, then, I suppose I'll just have to sacrifice my bed to keep you warm." Kurt kissed him, lightly at first, then deepening it as Blaine's hands came up, lightly stroking his arms. "Oooh, let's make sugar cookies!" he exclaimed, pulling away suddenly. He pulled Blaine towards the kitchen, talking about Christmas patterns and different icing's.
"How about I set the mood, then?" Blaine hooked his iPod up to the stand on the counter and put on his Christmas playlist as Kurt pulled down everything he would need to make the cookies.
Let It Snow started playing as Kurt mixed and stirred and Blaine sat, watching him and occasionally teasing him about the adorable apron he had put on until Kurt flicked some flour at him. Blaine could only blink in shock while Kurt giggled at the white spots dotting his otherwise black hair.
"Oh, you are going to get it now!" Grabbing a handful of flour, he threw it at Kurt, chuckling when he ducked, only to straighten and have his entire back covered.
"This. Means. WAR!" Kurt lunged for the bag of flour as Blaine grabbed handfuls, each of them lobbing the powder at the other, giggling madly. Blaine was slowly inching closer until he was right next to Kurt.
He darted forward quickly, pressing their lips together as one hand moved up to cup the long column of Kurt's neck. His tongue darted out only to pull back when it touched Kurt's lips.
"What's wrong?" Kurt asked, spotting the look on Blaine's face.
"Flour tastes gross, even when it's coming off of you."
Kurt grinned and leaned forward, rubbing their noses together lightly. "Eskimo kisses are good, too."
Blaine smiled, rubbing his nose against Kurt's. "They're the best."
