Authors note: Hey, everybody so I got this idea after watching some tv shows and movies and some music. I just want to get it out there and see what you think. So please review and let me know. :)

Sitting at the kitchen table Danny Messer sighed. Rubbing his temples, he threw another bill on to the table. The bills were stacking up and the money wasn't coming in. He had lost his job a few weeks ago and his wife Lindsay was also unemployed. With both of them not working the only money they had was what they had saved from before. Now they were in a lot of debt. He had his eyes closed trying to think of what they could do. Then, he felt arms wrap around him. Opening his eyes he saw his wife standing there.
"Hey, we get more bills?" She asked. "Yep, they just keep piling up on us, Linds I don't know how were going to make it." He replied. Lindsay was quiet, she knew they weren't going to be able to pay their bills and still have money for food. "Tomorrow we'll have to go job searching." She said. All Danny did was nod his head.
He got up and walked into the living room and Lindsay could see he was about to burst into tears. She walked up behind him and hugged him. "Babe, I know were in a bind but, we have each other." She said. "I know we do, but, you didn't sign up for this when you married me." "Daniel Messer, I can't believe you said that. When we got married, neither of us knew you were going to lose your job. Not to mention I married you for richer or poorer. I plan on sticking around, cause we'll get through this, together." " You're an amazing women and wife you know that?" "I've had this feeling I was but, now its been confirmed." She joked.
He turned to her and kissed her. "Come on, its late. Let's go to bed, we have to get up early to go find jobs." Lindsay said pulling him towards the bedroom. He followed her to the bed and they both changed and laid down. Lindsay's mind was wondering off thinking about where all they could find a job at.
She finally told her mind to calm down and go to bed and she soon fell asleep.

The next morning Danny woke up to find the other side of the bed empty. He got up and searched for his wife and found her sitting on the couch with a phone book in her lap and phone to her ear and she was talking to someone.
"Oh, you don't? That's ok we'll keep looking. Thank you." She hung up and saw him standing in the hallway. "Who was that?" He asked as he sat next to her. "An old friend, he owns this law firm and he's been looking for an assistant and I just called to see if it was still open." " Well from the sound of it, I'm guessing its not?" "No, his niece just got out of high school and needed a job so he gave it to her." "Its ok we'll find something else." He said. "Maybe the strip club down the street is hiring." She said and he turned to her with a look of horror on his face. "No, you will not be a stripper, I'd rather live in a box then have you as a stripper." Lindsay laughed at him and kissed his cheek. "Danny, calm down. I was just joking with you." "You better have been." She laughed and got up.
"Come on we better get showered and get going before its to late." Lindsay said walking back to the bathroom to get ready.
