This is a idea preview of a new mlp story I'm working on read the plot and give me a comment on what you guys think.
Lightning bolt was a Pegasus and always wanted to make ponies happy, he became the Equestria peace and harmony maker when he played music with his guitar, he became immortal from the help of star swirl the bearded to help keep peace and harmony throughout the land for many many years, the way he stays immortal is that when he plays the positive energy that ponies get when they enjoy him play he feeds off of it harmlessly and safely and nobody gets hurt, but as time when on lightning would always make ponies happy when he played, but he would sometimes feel sad at some points cause he wanted to help ponies accomplish their dreams, then one day lightning disappeared from Equestria, no pony knows where he went and why.
Many years have past in Equestria without Lightning and old ponies would always talk about him and how he keep ponies in Equestria peaceful, the Elements of Harmony have made Equestria peaceful as Lightning did just the same way, Princess Twilight Sparkle was out at Sweet Apple Acres helping Applejack with fixing the barn, Granny Smith admires Twilight's help on the farm with her magic and says that if it went for our magic Equestria would be in the clutches of evil, Granny Smith mentions that long ago her father met some pony that use to do the same thing as they did but with a guitar, Twilight was speechless at to what she heard thinking could it be real or legend, later that day she goes back to her castle into her archives library to dig up some research on this pony.
Meanwhile at Canterlot High, a new student named Lite Bolton has arrived wanting to get evolved with some of the bands in school, he says he's had experience with music and gets a tryout for his skills, the students are impressed with his equipment that he owns, a Gibson SG, a fender stratocaster a 12 string acoustic and a Marshall jcm 800 series and a set of petals, the student ready their clipboards for the preformence, with the raise of his guitar pick he let's out a screaming solo, it was a solo mixed with some of the best guitar players of all time, there was a jimi Hendrix and stevi ray Vaughn mix, then a few Pink Floyd tunes, then it lead into randy rhoads guitar work then into some van halen, then to finish it off he jammed out the Angus Young solo with a duck walk and jump with a very strong ending solo riffs, the judges mouths were agape and the edge of the stage was crowded with band members that were begging him to join their bands, the crowd is too much for him as he tells everyone that he will be independent for each band which means he will play for each one when they preform, he soon makes friends with Sunset Shimmer and the mane six when they realize he has equestrian magic and accidentally misjudge him for being evil, he tells them a long story of who he really is and why he's here in the human world.
