Unbelievable Love Ch.1

Hi, I'm Emi Koizumi, 15 years old, obviously Japanese but no longer living in Japan, short yet tough according to my mother, and completely shocked. Things would only make sense if I started at the beginning so here we y! I used to live with my father in an old apartment building in the United States, hating my life as usual. We weren't rich but we could afford to live in an apartment so lucky us, right? I'm short and I have light blonde hair that reaches near the end of my spine so it basically covers my back. Back then, maybe 4 or 3 years ago, my father couldn't pay the taxes and he made me do this stupid modeling photo shoot thing and ill tell you, it absolutely terrible! The employees are just rotten and make little hissy fits about everything! Then we had the co-workers who think they rule the place and honestly the pay wasn't even that good either. Eventually I quit it after a couple of weeks of mentally committing suicide and complaining to my father about the lame ass job it was, and actually he really isn't my father. Or at least I don't refer him as my father. I know I've called him my father a lot of times but the truth is, he really isn't. Technically. When I was about eight years old my mother died from Lung Cancer and my parents had already had a divorced, but since I was so helpless and alone, I was forced to live with the man who slept with two other women while my mother gave birth to me. So basically I refer to life as hell. Well I used to go to a public school that wasn't really that great either. I had a friend or two but we weren't BFFS or anything like that. I mean I was 15 and all I did was read in the library all day, everyday at school. So what, I'm not very sociable or perky or super happy 24/7 but I'm not antisocial or Emo.

So lets get back on topic, shall we? So after feeling sick from revolting bento I had earlier I was sent to the nurses office and after sitting there, waiting for practically ten minutes, I conveniently found a lottery ticket on the ground, near the trash can. So of course, I casually picked it up like any other person would and stuffed it in my pocket and casually went back to being sick and to be honest, if I hadn't grabbed that lottery ticket, I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am today.
