Zelda is Alive!

Zelda and all of the original Hylians are believe to be dead and nonexistant, but the new link will reveal that they are still alive. This is rated M only for coarse language and intense fighting scenes to come later in the story.

1. Prologue

This is my first fanfic. so please be nice in the reviews but be honest.

Prologue:

By now, you should know the story of Link and Zelda, but this is not their story, rather it is the story of their descendants.

Hyrule has changed greatly since Link defeated Gannon in Hyrule Castle; it seems almost as if it has changed realms altogether. This "new" realm is more modernized than Hyrule was, and they call this land New Hyrule.

The people of New Hyrule live in peace, but one boy knows the true dangers of the world. His name is Link, the descendant of the original Hero of Hyrule. And he is the new Hero Chosen by the Goddesses.

Link has known about his ancestry and his powers for four years now, and has already been on several adventures and quests for the people of Hyrule. Just like his ancestor, Link is accompanied by his fairy Navi and is always accompanied by her all the time.

Link is the only descendant of the original Hylian people living in New Hyrule. Magic and monsters are nothing more than myths and legends to these New Hylians, and there is no legend that they enjoy more than that of Zelda. Though these people believe it is merely nonsense, Link knows that it is all too true. Unfortunately for him, the past is out to get him; the monsters his ancestor fought are back and out for blood. They've even came as far as leaving Hyrule and coming into New Hyrule to try and kill him.

It's hard for link to be a hero in one realm and an average teenage boy in the other. This is the story of how he does it all.
